Great 90 min family boxing experience. Set in the new premises overlooking a lake, stunning backdrop. The 5 of us had 3 coaches of various ages which worked really well for my family. Was great fun and the coaches were really encouraging
We spent the morning at Phuket King Muay Thai and, honestly, it was absolutely brilliant. The best experience of our time in Thailand and I would recommend it to everyone. My 15 year old son and I had never done any Muay Thai, but we wanted to learn about it and experience a real training session. All equipment is provided and the gym is set in a stunning location, opening up onto a lake, Khum Kathu. Everyone is so welcoming, and it wasn’t intimidating to go as a complete beginner. There was a group session on when we arrived and it just had a great energy, with everyone clearly enjoying the training but also working really hard. Kru Ris was our coach for the private session we had booked. He was very knowledgeable and really focused on the detail of our technique to help us improve as we did some shadow work, bags and pads before finishing on some punishingly satisfying sit ups! Ris was very encouraging and really pushed us to do our best. It was a great session. Thank you Kru Ris. We had also booked the spa which is a 2 minute walk to their previous gym. It was so perfect - we had a herbal sauna (so nice and fragrant) and then a proper ice plunge! Towels, costumes, water is all provided. To finish off the experience we went to Pangea cafe for a smoothie and some berry pancakes. Delicious and just what you need. My recommendation is to go to Phuket King and train like a Muay Thai fighter, meet the fantastic people there, including Tom who has created this great community hub. You won’t regret spending time here, in fact you’ll love it. Work Hard, Fight Easy.

Great experience for the whole family! We went as parents and 3 teenagers! It was a great workout and we felt like experts at the end of the lesson! Great group activity.
Great experience learning some new skills - perfect for beginners or any level, they meet you where you are. The coaches are so friendly and genuinely want to help you improve! Gloves etc provided and a lovely venue with a great atmosphere☺️ I wish we had time to return! Thank you!

My 13 year old on did the one on one lesson and everything about the lesson was awesome! A must do if you want to challenge yourself in Phuket! 😀😀❤️

Walking into this Muay Thai gym, it was clear right away that it’s a special place. The atmosphere is focused but welcoming, and the trainers are outstanding—highly skilled, approachable, and genuinely committed to helping everyone improve. Training sessions are well structured, challenging, and always focused on good technique and steady progress, with plenty of encouragement along the way. A huge shoutout to Dream, who organized and planned all the trips for us during our stay. She did an amazing job making sure everything ran smoothly and that we got the most out of the experience outside the gym as well. Thanks to her, the whole trip felt stress-free and really well put together. Everything about this place, from the training to the overall organization, exceeded expectations. I’ll absolutely be coming back and would recommend this gym to anyone looking for a high-quality Muay Thai experience.
