Excellent transfer experience from Bodrum Airport to our hotel. Everything was well organized, the communication was easy, and the transfer went very smoothly. Our special thanks to Mr. Halil, who was very friendly and helpful. He had a lovely conversation with us and shared useful information about Bodrum and the places worth visiting. Dreadful experience - late and dangerous
We had booked our transfer for 7am and no car arrived. When the hotel contacted the transfer company, they were told that the driver had slept in. After chasing multiple times, the car eventually showed up at 7h33 - more than 30 minutes late and leaving us short on time to get to the airport. The driver did not even acknowledge us/say hello, or apologise for his tardiness. He then spent the journey coughing violently (covid?) and driving like a lunatic. This company is not reliable in my experience.

Additionally, the lack of greeting, the absence of an apology, and the uncomfortable driving behavior you described do not reflect our company values.
