Booked a 4-hour private mangrove tour (RM 630) with RZ Services Holiday Travel & Tours, but the actual trip lasted only around 2.5 hours (from approximately 9:30 to 12:00). This is significantly shorter than what was clearly stated on the voucher. In addition, the overall experience felt quite poor and rushed. There was very limited time at each stop, and the tour seemed focused on moving quickly rather than allowing guests to properly enjoy the locations. While the destinations themselves are interesting, the way the tour was conducted did not match expectations for a private 4-hour experience. I would recommend future visitors to clarify the exact duration and itinerary in advance, as the service delivered did not correspond to what was advertised.
