Die Fahrt dauert ca. 2 Stunden (je nach Verkehr), bevor Sie das Kumbhalgarh Fort, ein UNESCO-Weltkulturerbe, erreichen. Erfahren Sie mehr über die Geschichte der Festung und genießen Sie die faszinierende Aussicht. Sie wird allgemein als "die große Mauer Indiens" bezeichnet und weist die zweitgrößte Mauer der Welt auf. Anschließend besuchen Sie den Jain Tempel in Ranakpur. Es wird angenommen, dass der Tempel im 15. Jahrhundert unter der Leitung von Seth Dharna Shah erbaut wurde, der ein Anhänger des Jainismus war. Er baute den Tempel mit Hilfe von Rana Kumbha, dem König von Mewar, dessen Bedingung für Hilfe war, dass der Tempel nach ihm benannt wurde. Es gibt vier Eingänge, um in die Hauptkammer zu gelangen, in der das Götzenbild von Adinath aufgestellt ist.

I have worked in Jaipur for couple of years and had priviledge to visit almost all places but Kumbhalgargh. So when a get together called me back to RJ Rajasthan , i thought to tick that as well to list. In this travel Kamal Bhati was my sarthi. He was humble full of knowledge and great orator of stories. I had a nice trip thanks to him, great food and later when the buses went on strike he also helped me arrange cab to Jaisalmer in normal rates rather than exhorbitant rates one would expect during such times. Thanks to him i had a wonderful Rajasthan trip.

We used this taxi service for a day excursion to Kumbalgarh fort. Kamal Bhati was our driver and guide who gave us the history of Udaipur on the way to fort. He was on time and car was kept very clean. He also guided us to visit Srinathji temple and arranged is the Darshan on time.
