Bei der Erkundung des friedlichen, unberührten Südostens von Naxos an Bord mit buru_boat möchten wir Sie wissen lassen: Der frische Fisch, den wir an Bord servieren, ist nicht nur „lokal“. Es ist persönlich. Jeden Morgen bekommen wir unseren Fang von Kapitän Dimitris (galanogiannis_boat), einem Fischer, der in den letzten drei Jahren Hand in Hand mit uns gearbeitet hat und ohne dessen Hilfe und Unterstützung das Servieren von Fisch an Bord nicht dasselbe gewesen wäre. Keine Zwischenhändler, keine gefrorenen Lieferungen, genau das, was das Meer Kapitän Dimitris an diesem Tag bietet, respektvoll aufgenommen und liebevoll vorbereitet, damit Sie an Deck genießen können, umgeben von demselben kykladischen Wasser, aus dem es stammt. Alles, was wir kochen und servieren, ist bio, real, saisonal und voller Geschmack. Wir ernten von Hand Meersalz von den Felsen in der Nähe von Panermos, sammeln wilde Kapern und pflücken Zitronen und Orangen von den Bäumen unserer Familie. Wir sammeln und trocknen Oregano und andere Kräuter und produzieren und verwenden nur unser eigenes Olivenöl. Die meisten der Dinge, die Sie schmecken, wenn nicht alles, werden lokal bezogen. Von Panermos Bay aus, auf dem Weg zur mystischen Rina's Sea Cave, gönnen Sie sich die feinsten authentischen Aromen mit einem naxianischen Privatkoch an Bord, während Sie wie ein Einheimischer auf einem traditionellen Holzboot "Varkalas" den Südosten Naxos segeln und erkunden. Jedes servierte Gericht wird sorgfältig aus frischen, lokalen Fischen und Zutaten zubereitet und unterstreicht die Aromen von Naxos. Von fachmännisch gegrillten Meeresfrüchten und saisonalem Gemüse bis hin zu selbst geerntetem Meersalz und Kapern bietet das Essen an Bord die ultimative Kombination aus Meeresgenuss direkt am Meer.
Wir fahren vorbei und halten an einer Reihe natürlicher, einsamer Buchten, die reich an Geschichte und authentischem kykladischem Charme sind, und wir werden auch in Rinas Höhlenstrand ankern, wo Sie die Möglichkeit haben, in der Höhle zu schwimmen, ihre versteckten natürlichen Wasserquellen zu erkunden oder von den Klippen zu tauchen. Wir bieten Schnorchelausrüstung und Schwimmhilfen für alle Niveaus, damit jeder das Wasser sicher und bequem genießen kann.
Nachdem wir die Höhle besucht und ein erfrischendes Bad genossen haben, werden wir in einer ruhigen Bucht ankern, die je nach Wetter und Wind des Tages ausgewählt wurde. Es ist die perfekte Zeit, um sich zu entspannen, das Meeresfrüchte-Essen an Bord zu genießen und die Sonne zu genießen – keine Eile, nur gutes Essen, gute Stimmung und ein wunderschönes Meer rundherum.
Nach dem Schwimmen, Erkunden und Essen fahren wir zurück zur Panermos Bay.

This was, without a doubt, the best experience we had in Naxos! Please folllw this advice: take the drive, spent the money, and enjoy this most remarkable experience! The food was absolutely exceptional! The swimming and snorkeling was truly so beautiful and rejuvenating, and the captain and crew were radiant! Worth it!!!

Very very nice trip. Good storyteller about the different small Islands, we were really inspired to visit the small Islands after the information the guide gave. Very nice boat, lots of space. Extremely good food! The most delicious we had in the 2 weeks in Greece. Fresh caught fish, and lots of homemade specialities👌 We were visiting Cave Rina and one of the guides showed us around while we were in the water, that was an intense thing! Also very good videomaterial was provided, so we have all the highlights when we Get Home.🙏Can really recommend the trip.
This was a really neat tour my family took in Naxos. The wind was really bad but Voula and captain Dimitris reached out and moved our excursion to depart from a different dock. They were very accommodating, and we were able to see Rina’s cave, swim and have lunch at a secluded beach. Voula was a wonderful tour guide, she gave us history of Naxos and her sister was a culinary graduate that made us a delicious lunch. I highly recommend them for a tour ;)
One of the best experiences we had in the Cyclades. The host was informative, the boat was delightful and the food was delicious and sourced locally.
This was hands down the best part of our trip to Naxos! Our hostess was amazing! She was easy to communicate with, friendly when we met her, and informational about the islands around us! The wine was delicious, the cave was fun for adults and teenagers alike, and the food was amazing! No one in our family had ever had cold fish before. The starters were absolutely delicious! Even our kids who hesitate to try new things loved it! The main course was cooked fish that they had caught that day. By far, the best meal we had on our stay on the island! Highly recommend this cruise for families with kids 10 years old and up or couples. We left this cruise for the last day on the island and it was the best choice we could’ve made! Even the drive down to the port was stunning.

Unforgettable boat trip in Naxos! Highly recommend booking this experience for an authentic, relaxed and incredible time ! The most DELICIOUS food is prepared on the boat and served to you while taking in the beautiful surroundings - incredibly fresh & so much attention to detail! Our best experience while 12 days in Greece. Voula, Popi and Captain Dimitris are simply amazing. It's a 1.5 hour drive to the other side of Naxos, but worth every minute of mountain roads. Pulling up to a dirt road and a port with only 4 boats, we didn't know what to expect. We were tired and a little dizzy from the drive and then found the boat, got on and Voula was our host talking us through southern Naxos while Captain Dimitris cruised along the coast. More swimming than what we expected (a good thing) and hands down one of the best meals of our lives from Chef Popi. The conversation, food, scenery and boat was magical. We took our 15 and 18 yr old's and it's their favorite as well. Look up bura_boat on instagram!
Our family of four just loved this private boat trip. We truly enjoyed the personal, local experience and learned so much about Naxos life and history from Voula. The swimming and scenery were spectacular and we were able to mostly avoid the big boats with large groups. The food was the best we had on Naxos! I just can’t say enough good things, highly recommend this private experience, it was worth the cost for our family!
