Private Jeep-Safari zu einem der besten Nationalparks

We wanted to go on an elephant safari. We inquired through the organizer, as we had already taken a tour to Sigiriya Rock and Dambulla with them and were very satisfied. We were picked up in Pasikudah. The safari was a great experience. The drivers, both for the transfer and the jeep, were absolutely reliable, and we always felt safe! We also learned a lot about the country, people, and culture along the way. We were also lucky to see two groups of elephants, as well as individual bull elephants and other animals (snake eagles, birds, numerous butterflies) in the park! The animals were not disturbed, and everything was very relaxed! We would book the trip again anytime! Thanks again!!!

There was no problem with transfers. We were very excited to be able to accommodate sudden changes in the pick-up location, but when we arrived at the park they charged us for admission. This plan includes admission fees. That left me very confused. We wanted to show the booking details immediately, but there was no signal, so we gave our name and had the driver call the booking company to confirm the details. However, we had to pay once because "admission fee is not included, payment is required". After that, we had a safari experience and on the way we got a signal so we showed them the details and they said they would check and we got a refund. Why can't I see the reservation details by checking the name? There might not have been a refund if we had not been able to show the details. The refund was also not refunded on the spot, I met another person and they refunded me. To be honest, I think this plan needs a lot of attention because it was a mistrustful response. In addition, water, fruit, binoculars, etc. are listed as included at the time of reservation, but none of those are provided. I'm so sorry. I think it would have been a more pleasant safari experience had it not been for this trouble. I hope you find it helpful.

We had an awesome day on the safari tour. Our guide was very knowledgeable and gave us plenty of time to look at each animal, he also was able to answer all of our question. Our drivers were also great, it was a nice addition to get some watermelon and coconut at the end of the trip. The sightseeing felt very ethical and we only got close to elephants if they approached us.

The driver was punctual. We managed to see the elephant up close. He was professional. The company communicated well and solved a problem for us.

Thanks to Ms. Dolma for assisting me through out my whole trip. I really had a very wonderful trip of my life and hope to visit again when I come to dubai. Hotel was beautiful so are the rooms.. In fact everything was well organized and thanks to Mr. Eshwar too. He was such a wonderful person. Thanks to the whole management as well...best wishes

Amazing experience from start to finish. Firstly, just a note on Sri Lanka generally. We have just returned from Sri Lanka while the riots were ongoing in Colombo. We were not located in Colombo and never felt unsafe, we were well looked after and everyone we met was friendly and went out of their way to make our trip truly memorable. The tour itself was the highlight of our trip. Picked up by our amazing guide at our hotel in Kandalama, we were taken first to a local wood carving shop (a detour we requested last minute which he was happy to accommodate). From there we went to Minneriya National Park. The park is well organised and maintained. While there we probably saw 50 wild elephants, countless birds, monkeys and other wildlife. I would say a once in a lifetime experience but I'm sure we will be back again. Our guide was happy to answer our questions, even those from our 4 year old son, and always had a smile on his face. I'd gladly recommend this tour and we will definitely be back in Sri Lanka at some point soon to experience more of what this beautiful country has to offer. Please don't be put off by what you see in the media. Away from the protests against the current government, Sri Lanka is a peaceful, beautiful and safe country to visit. It was very fun and the tour guide was very helpful during our trip. He took time for us to explain everything.

The guide did his best to find as many animals as possible, saw perhaps 20-30 elephants with their babies, wonderful experience and something i will remember for ever. As a bonus i also saw water buffalos and peacocks among other animals. The jeep safari was so smooth and i couldnt have asked for any better guide, captured the best pictures aswell.
