Private Husky-Tour: Fahren oder Mitfahren – 2 Std. von Tromsø

This tour is about two and a half hours by car from Tromsø, and it was worth every minute of the drive. We started at 9 a.m., and from the moment we arrived, Delphine and Isabella made us feel welcome. They were so knowledgeable and clearly passionate about their dogs. Before we ever hit the trail, they walked us through daily life for the huskies: what they're fed, how they're cared for, where they live, and how they're trained. It gave us a real appreciation for the work behind every run. Then we watched them harness the dogs and get them ready, which was a highlight in itself. The ride was stunning, with beautiful trails and incredible scenery. Partway through, we stopped for a campfire and warm reindeer soup in the middle of the wilderness. Back at base, we relaxed by the fire with snacks and got to know our guides. Hearing what brought them to this life and why they love working with huskies made the day feel personal. This was an authentic experience, not a rushed tourist stop. If you want to learn about dog sledding and see the care and effort that goes into raising these amazing dogs, make the time for this one. Highly recommend!

We had an absolutely great experience with Delphine! From the first e-mail exchanges, everything was extremely clear. Delphine was very available, responsive and of a rare kindness. She answered all our questions with precision and kindness, which immediately put us in confidence. On D-Day, everything was perfectly organized: the directions to the place were simple and very clear. Upon arrival, the welcome was warm and authentic. Delphine is adorable, very sweet, and her farm is simply beautiful. The sled dog experience was incredible. The landscapes were splendid, almost unreal, and the moment will remain etched in our memories. It was magical, exotic and perfectly framed. We particularly enjoyed the small meal taken warm after the activity, a real moment of conviviality and comfort, all the more pleasant with my 4 year old daughter who also loved the experience. In short, we had a magical and unforgettable moment. Thank you again Delphine for your kindness and professionalism. We recommend with your eyes closed! ✨

Do you share their deep respect for nature and have asincere connection with this unspoilt environment. then you immediately feel welcome 🤗 This was sincere as we experienced it, pure, honest, love trap, adventurous and a surprisingly beautiful location and environment. We were truly amazed by all the warmth of the welcome, the husky lodge (fireplace was already burning on arrival) and the welcome greeting from Viktor (retired husky). Dog sledding Espen started with a briefing before the dog sledding. Safety and health of the huskies and yourself is very important. He also explains how the mushing goes. Whoa is stop, Gee is right, Haw is left and Yeah yeah is go on. You can also mush yourself if you have experience. Espen will help you with that. Halfway a stop for the huskies and a nice hot drink and soup for us. Espen makes a nice fire. What an atmosphere! Along the way Espen tells beautiful stories and when you return with hot chocolate and a cake, you will hear beautiful pictures and stories. It was-great! The contact with the huskies is great and they are super sweet. At Delphine and Espen you can really see that they are well cared for and number one. It was a great experience. We have booked again!

Absolutely incredible!!! A life changing experience and one not to miss in Norway!!! Espen, Isabella, Delphine and team have created something very special here and they care about these great beings welfare so much as much as I do. We were lucky and got an early snowstorm but it was difficult for me since I had a ptsd car accident recently and began being overwhelmed with hyperventilation of driving but no worries or issues at all for Espen worked with me patiently and got us on a public bus 100 from tromso and he graciously picked us up and dropped us off at the bus station! His depth of knowledge and hospitality is the spirits of Norway having known a close family friend from Norway. If you don’t do this tour and meet this incredible team of beings you are missing out on so much!!! 5 stars all day and year long. Thank you and can’t wait to come back!!!

It was absolutely stunning and incredible!!! From the moment we made contact with Epsen he made sure we were taken care of especially when an unexpected early snowstorm came through he was willing to suggest an alternative to my renting a car and driving when I had a previous PTSD car accident that made the decision to go via car extremely unnerving ordeal; Espen got us hooked up with the local bus and then went out of his way to take us to and from the bus station to enjoy the tour and provide us tasty drinks and snacks and a fire in the woods and then a lovely coffee and departing baked bread. If you want a Dog And Husky Tour with a a True Professional That Loves His Animals Look No Further!!! Espen, Delphine, and Isabella got you covered!!! I will definitely be back!!! Incredible 5 stars all day long!!!

Such a unique experience, Espen was such a great host. The cabin is spotless and historic, felt right at home and have everything we needed. The dog karting is a once in a lifetime experience and worth the value. Espen and isabella are both so professional and a true dog passionate, they love all the huskies and treated them like part of their family. Felt privileged to learn so much about the Huskies and the farm history. Would definitely love to come back again at a different season ! Thankyou again.

Really great hosts and fully rounded tour. The stops for a light lunch and coffee at the end was a very welcoming experience. Highly recommended.
