- Flugetikette - Wir bitten alle Kunden um Verständnis, dass Ihr Flug zwar Spaß machen und aufregend sein soll, aber die Sicherheit bei Anthelion Helicopters immer an erster Stelle steht. Aus diesem Grund erlauben wir nicht: Betrunkene und/oder hohe Kunden, Schreie und/oder Streit im Hubschrauber, Ablegen von Sicherheitsgurten, Versuch, Arme und Beine im Hubschrauber zu stehen oder herauszustrecken, oder Sprechen über den Piloten. Bitte beachten Sie, dass der Pilot das Recht hat, die Tour vorzeitig zu beenden, wenn der Pilot das Gefühl hat, dass der Flug aufgrund der Kundenbedingungen unsicher geworden ist. In diesem Fall können wir keine Rückerstattung oder Unterkunft für den verkürzten Flug leisten
- Gemäß FAA-Verordnung dürfen Kunden, die berauscht ankommen, NICHT fliegen. Sollten Sie sich für eine Stornierung entscheiden, geben wir Ihnen KEINE Rückerstattung, aber Sie können Ihre Tour auf einen anderen Zeitpunkt umbuchen.
- Gewichtsbegrenzung - Unser R44 Tour Helicopter Sitzlimit beträgt 300 lb und das Gruppenlimit muss unter 580 lb liegen. Unser R22-Limit ist 220 lb. Kunden, die bei der Gewichtsüberprüfung bei der Ankunft über dem Gewichtslimit liegen, dürfen NICHT fliegen und haben keinen Anspruch auf Rückerstattung. Sie können auf einen anderen Termin verschieben
- Der Haftungsausschluss muss bei der Ankunft unterzeichnet werden. Wenn Sie den Verzicht nicht unterschreiben, wird Ihre Tour abgesagt. Wenn Sie sich dafür entscheiden, nicht zu fliegen, weil Sie den Verzicht nicht unterzeichnet haben, haben Sie keinen Anspruch auf eine Rückerstattung.

Went on a ride for my wife's birthday. It was a great experience. Little bit tricky finding the place but once we did everything went real smooth. All the staff was friendly and our pilot did a wonderful job flying and being our tour guide. Telling us fun facts about the city we never knew. Making the atmosphere a very pleasant one. We plan to go back and take another tour

If you’re looking for a fun adventure with cool sites, this is it! I bought this as a Christmas gift for my husband and originally scheduled for New Year’s Eve; however, the weather was iffy so I rescheduled for Valentine’s Day. The weather was sunny and mostly clear, ideally this tour would be perfect right after a rain for optimal visibility. Our pilot Colby was excellent - super friendly and knowledgeable and he made sure we were safe. The office staff is communicative, helpful and welcoming. I would love to book this tour again, next time will try for a sunset booking!
We decided to book this on a trip to the city and it was well worth the money. The team were amazing and so friendly, telling us about the sights while we were up in the sky. The pilot made us feel incredibly safe. As well as afterwards recommending other places to visit while we were here. Would definitely recommend to anyone coming to visit the city, it was incredible. Beautiful flight at sunset. Amazing pilots. Very fun experience. My wife and I got stuck in traffic and were 15 mins late but they still got us in and gave us the full tour. Amazing hospitality.

The experience was amazing, not only flying over LA and the coast. The views are unforgettable and worth the price. Taking a helicopter tour is an activity everyone should do at least once.
