We pre-paid for a premium tranportation from the airport to Gdańsk city for 13 people. What was waiting for us at the airport was two worn down ordinary taxis. On top of that we where told that the kids should sit in one car and all the grownups in one car… Unbelievable! No sevice, no talking, no nothing. We paid 800 PLN for this, and this was so not worth the money. I would never recommend anyone to use this ripoff company again.

You specifically requested an economic option: the standard airport shuttle — a safe, timely, and comfortable transport for your family — which is what we provided in the form of two new, well-maintained vans driven by professional English-speaking drivers, ready to accommodate your group. According to our drivers, there was a brief discussion about how to best arrange the cars due to the amount of luggage. It was suggested that one car take the adults with the luggage, while the children, along with two adults, would be in the other car. The arrangement was agreed upon, and there was no issue raised at the time. As this is contrary to your report, could you please clarify this point for us? Our team, including Martyna and Karolina, worked hard to assist you with your booking, including changing the date when you booked the wrong one in error. We genuinely regret that this effort did not translate into a more satisfying experience for you. Alex was very efficient and was there on arrival. He kept us updated on where he was and that he was standing outside the airport waiting for us. Very pick and easy way to get to our hotel also gave us some recommendations on restaurants to go to.
