Wir beginnen unsere Reise in der Stadt Medellín oder von Ihrem gewählten Standort aus in Richtung der Stadt Guatapé.
Wir durchqueren die Stadt El Peñol oder Nuevo Peñol, und unser Reiseleiter wird Ihnen von ihrer Geschichte des Wiederaufbaus und des Fortschritts erzählen, den die Gemeinde nach ihrer Zerstörung für den Bau des Staudamms erlebt hat, sowie von der religiösen Geschichte von La Piedra del Marial.
Unser Hauptziel ist La Piedra del Peñol. Dort kann jeder selbst entscheiden, ob er bis zum Gipfel hinaufsteigt und den 360-Grad-Panoramablick auf die Stadt Guatapé und ihren Staudamm genießt. (Der Aufstieg zum Piedra del Peñol ist nicht inbegriffen) Wenn du nicht hinaufgehen möchtest, können wir eine Kaffeepause einlegen und die Aussicht vom Fuße des Berges genießen.
Bei unserer Ankunft in Guatapé unternehmen wir eine Stadtrundfahrt, bei der wir die Geschichte und die Persönlichkeiten der Stadt kennenlernen. Neben den wunderschönen Zócalos und der kunstvollen Dekoration in allen Straßen genießen wir einen köstlichen kolumbianischen Kaffee mit Blick auf die berühmte Zócalos-Straße.
Wir kehren in die Stadt Medellín zurück, und Sie können entscheiden, ob Sie zurück in Ihr Hotel gebracht werden möchten oder zu einem nahegelegenen Ort, wo Sie Ihre Pläne fortsetzen möchten.

Perfect for those looking for a more personalized experience, without rushing, without spending the whole day at unnecessary stops, but having that guidance and recommendations from a local. Thanks to Diego who was super kind the whole time.
We visited a farm, climbed la pierda de peñol and visited the old town in Guatapé. Our host, Carlos was amazing!! He spoke very good English and was very knowledgeable. He gave us a lot of background information on every attraction and the general history of the area. I would highly recommend a tour with road map Colombia. Diego made our one-day trip from Medellín with Medellin to Adventures absolutely unforgettable. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the area and perfectly flexible with our schedule, ensuring we had a completely stress-free day at every stop, from exploring Guatapé to feeding the animals at El Alto de Chocho. He was especially wonderful with the kids, connecting with them so well that they didn't want the trip to end. In fact, they loved him so much they even asked if he could fly to Panama with us to be our tour guide for the rest of our vacation. We cannot recommend Diego and this company highly enough!
We had an amazing experience on both of our tours with Diego and his driver. They were incredibly friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome from start to finish. Diego is extremely knowledgeable about Colombia’s history, culture, and the best local places to visit, which made every stop even more enjoyable. Our first tour was so great that we immediately booked a second private tour, and it was just as fantastic. We were traveling with our toddler, and they went above and beyond to accommodate our family and help with our little one, which we truly appreciated. The hotel pick-up and drop-off service was also a huge convenience. We highly recommend this company, and especially Diego, to anyone looking for a memorable and personalized experience in Colombia!
Amazing experience!! When we were looking for trips to Guatape, all of the other options were 10-11 hours and we could not see ourselves going on such a long trip. This private trip was the way to go since we were able to go our own pace!! Our guide Diego was awesome. He has great suggestions and awesome facts! We climbed the Piedra and did not feel rushed. We went to the town of Guatape and were able to stop where we wanted. We also went to an empanada shop which was awesome. If I come back to Medellin again, I would definitely reach out to this tour company! This private tour was worth it!!
Amazing private tour to see Peñol rock and Guatape as well as a few other surprise stops on the way back. Diego was very patient and flexible with how long we spent at each place. He explained bits along the way and was very knowledgable. Would definitely recommend the tour, especially if you are short on time as all others seem to be full day. Does not feel rushed at all.
What a fantastic way to spend a morning. The tour was well-organized with an early departure from Medellín, and our guide was knowledgeable and kept things moving so we could see all the highlights without feeling rushed. Piedra del Peñol is absolutely breathtaking, the views from the top are worth every step. The colorful streets of Guatapé were charming and full of great photo opportunities. Perfect option if you’re short on time but still want an unforgettable experience. Highly recommend!
It was a wonderful day, I went with a friend and and our guide Luisa recommended us to leave early to enjoy more and it was the most. I loved seeing how Guatapé is an area that people love art, color and dogs I come home delighted and happy. Luisa was very flexible with us when we wanted to stop for breakfast and provided us with a delicious coffee in the village. 100% recommended
