Position: 37°29’22″N 25°18’52″E Immer ein Licht zu sein, das uns auch in unseren dunkelsten Stunden leitet, wenn wir es nur am Horizont suchen…. Der Leuchtturm liegt im nordwestlichen Teil der Insel in der Gegend von Fanari, etwa 6,5 Kilometer von Chora (Mykonos-Stadt) an der Nordküstenstraße der Insel entfernt, und überblickt den glitzernden blauen Wasserstreifen zwischen Mykonos und der Nachbarinsel Tinos .
Wir passieren den malerischen Dorfplatz, der von Tavernen und Cafés im Freien gesäumt ist, und besuchen das Domkloster Panagia Tourliani aus dem 16. Jahrhundert.
Während wir unsere Tour fortsetzen, halten wir an einigen der entferntesten Strände von Mykonos, genannt „Kalafatis“ und „Kalo Livadi“, für Fotoshootings vor dem Hintergrund eines kleinen Fischerdorfes. Danach durchqueren wir den authentischen Teil der Insel und sehen die lokalen Häuser und die Lebensweise der heutigen Bewohner.
Agrari Beach ist ein weiterer schöner Strand auf der Insel, der am abgelegensten ist, für diejenigen, die die Menschenmassen nicht lieben. Das spektakuläre, kristallklare Wasser entschädigt für die beschwerliche Anfahrt, der lange Sandstrand ist in linke und rechte Hand unterteilt und verfügt über Sonnenschirme und Liegen, Strandbar & Taverne. Aus irgendeinem Grund, den niemand wirklich weiß, ist das «richtige» Stück das linke.... Wählen Sie zwischen Schwimmen, einem Drink, einem Snack oder einer Mahlzeit
Wenn wir von einer anderen Route zurückkehren, halten wir an einem sehr bekannten Ort, den alle Besucher der Insel sehen müssen, um ein Panoramafoto von Mykonos-Stadt zu machen und von oben die Altstadt, die Windmühlen, den alten Hafen zu bewundern und zu überprüfen wenn das Kreuzfahrtschiff noch da ist und auf Sie wartet...
Am Ende können wir Sie entweder in CHORA (Altstadt) absetzen, um es selbst zu entdecken, oder dort, wo wir Sie abgeholt haben.

We went with the recommendations from another tour we were doing in Greece. We were not disappointed. Katrina was a wonderful guide as well as the driver Chris… This was our 1st not using a cruise tours and we would definitely do it again! We went back and told everyone about how great this tour was! This tour was great with Katarina telling us about all the places on the island. Great stop at the beach and all the other sites. Very friendly and knowledgeable.
We were very fortunate to have Renata as our guide. As soon as she arrived to pick us up she engaged us in her commentary about the beauty of Mykonos. It was easy to relate to her right from the start because she was genuinely warm and friendly. Renata was very knowledgeable about the places we visited for our tour. Her snippets about Greek mythology were interesting. I enjoyed participating in Zorba the Greek dance led by Renata. An excellent tour experience, thanks to Renata and expert driver George, to whom we owe our thanks.
We had a fabulous day with our driver, Helena, and our guide, Petra. They showed us all around the island, provided snacks on a beach and were delightful. They played Greek music in the car and showed us a bit of the Greek spirit waving tissues in the air. We had a great time. Petra was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. It really was a fun, special and memorable day. I highly recommend this tour.
We travelled with our 19 and 21 year old daughters. This was their favorite tour we took! Plus, my husband and myself enjoyed ourselves very much. .Our tour guide Katarina was excellent. She was extremely personable, knowledgeable, flexible, and sweet. We began our day at the lighthouse enabling us to see the beautiful view of the sea and neighboring islands followed by a walking with the highlight being the famous windmills. We ended our day with beach time at the beautiful beach Agari off the beaten path. We enjoyed our time relaxing and swimming in the clear water. Our driver was also very hospitable. He stopped on the side of the road and provided us with carrots to feed some local donkeys which was fun. My family was sad to say goodbye. We had a genuinely enjoyable day! it was also very sweet of them to give us yummy authentic spinach pie to try. If we ever go back to Mykonos we will definitely look up this company again and do another tour with them. Katarina and our driver do other tours.
This island tour was AMAZING! Our tour guide Iro was phenomenal!! She was a wealth of information about Mykonos. We made several stops for some great pictures! We saw a really cool lighthouse, fed some donkeys, explored some villages, spent some time at Agarari Beach, and ventured through the maze of walkways in Mykonos Town and made our way to the windmills in Little Venice. I highly recommend this tour! We all agreed it was one of the highlights of our 3 week tour of Europe.
I can not express enough about how excellent this tour was. If all of their operators are like Illana(the guide) and Dimitris(the driver), then you can not go wrong. It was worth every penny paid. The driver was extremely courteous, helping us in/out of the jeep, and ensuring the temp was comfortable for us. Illana was completely knowledgeable about the entire island, people, culture. She had a great explanation for all of our questions.
Unfortunately our ship cancelled our stop on Mykonos the night before we were supposed to arrive. Although we did not cancel 24 hours in advance, we were still refunded the cost of the tour. Thanks so mich!
