Private geführte Bootstour in Rabat

We booked a boat trip with Lady O Boat in Rabat as a special anniversary celebration for my parents. We had even spoken with the team beforehand to make sure everything was arranged correctly and that the celebration would be special before we arrived. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. We specifically requested an anniversary cake with certain details and the names on it. However, when the cake arrived, it was simply a plain cake with nothing to indicate that it was for an anniversary. The names were included, but they were spelt incorrectly. To make matters worse, the cake was still half frozen when it was served. We also paid a significant amount extra for food. However, what we received was essentially just a small selection of party-style finger food and little bites, which was nowhere near enough to properly feed everyone in our group. Considering the additional amount we paid, this was very disappointing and not what we expected. What made the situation even more frustrating was that we had raised our expectations and discussed everything in advance to ensure there would be no issues. When we raised our concerns on the day, we were told there was nothing they could do. No compensation was offered, no additional time on the boat was offered, and there was no refund or any other meaningful attempt to resolve the situation. This was supposed to be a special anniversary celebration for our parents, and unfortunately it fell far short of what we were promised and expected. For the amount of money we paid, we expected much better attention to detail, communication and customer service. Sadly, what should have been a memorable celebration turned into a very disappointing experience.

Very friendly service, good food and a very nice boat tour. I can only recommend it to anyone to book this tour. If you have any questions always immediately written back and responded very friendly and courteous in case of special requests.

The welcome was exceptional from the moment we arrived on board. The warm and attentive staff ensured that our experience was unforgettable. The boat itself was beautiful, combining elegance and comfort, we felt safe throughout our ride. As we sailed, we were able to admire splendid views of iconic monuments in Rabat and Salé, which added a cultural dimension to our meal. Every detail, from the service to the presentation of the dishes, to the music chosen, demonstrated a constant concern for quality. This gastronomic cruise was a real discovery and a moment of pure pleasure.

I spent a wonderful day with my friends and family in this private boat. It was a beautiful experience I will try it again🩷
