Ihr erfahrener Reiseleiter bringt Sie zu den schönsten kulturellen und historischen Stätten im Kathmandu-Tal, darunter Swoyambhunath, auch bekannt als Affentempel, der über 2000 Jahre alt ist und zu den weltbesten Buddhisten Stupas zählt. Die Tour beginnt mit einem Besuch in Swoyambhunath, das vermutlich über 2.000 Jahre alt ist und einer der fabelhaftesten buddhistischen Stupas der Welt ist. Auf der Spitze eines Hügels westlich der Stadt Kathmandu gelegen, auch bekannt als „Affentempel“. Von seinem Gipfel aus bietet Swayambhunath eine hervorragende Aussicht auf das Kathmandu-Tal.
Im Anschluss an die Tour besuchen Sie die Stadt Patan, die als „Stadt mit tausend Dächern und Stadt der schönen Künste“ bekannt ist. Patan ist auch für seine Handwerker und Metallarbeiter bekannt und gilt als Stadt der Künstler. Am Patan Durbar Square können Sie die Meisterschaft der Künste und Architektur im berühmten Krishna Mandir, im Goldenen Tempel, im Bhimsen-Tempel, im Manga Hiti, im Jagan Narayan-Tempel, im Bishwanath-Tempel und anderen bewundern.
Anschließend führt die Tour zur Boudhanath Stupa, einem der größten buddhistischen Schreine der Welt.
Anschließend besuchen wir Pashupatinath, das am Ufer des heiligen Bagmati-Flusses liegt und den berühmtesten Hindu-Tempel des Landes beherbergt. Hier sehen wir hinduistische heilige Männer (Sadhus) und Pilger, die rituelle Bäder durchführen, und gelegentlich brennen Scheiterhaufen auf den Ghats. Die Einäscherungsstätte hier wird von der königlichen Familie und auch für den einfachen Mann, der nebenan wohnt, genutzt.

The sites we visited were amazing and full of surprises. Bhaktopur provided us with sensory overload. The Monkey Temple offered views, history and culture. While the grand stupa simply must be seen to be understood. Our guide Rohit was a wealth of knowledge and our drivers made us feel section the hectic traffic of Kathmandu.
Really had an excellent trip with friends nd family where the car service was fantastic. Guide Noor was very nice, cooperative and was good human being also available at dot time, when needed. Khum was very speedy to set up a day tour for us. He provided a great driver and a superb guide for the trip. Our guide, Ram, was really knowledgeable, interesting and funny 😁. As well as taking us to a great viewpoint of the Himalayas in Nargakot, he took us around the historic city of Bhaktapur which we really enjoyed!! We were picked up and taken to monkey temple. Our guide was very informative and patient as we shopped. Overall very helpful and nothing was too much trouble.

I’ve had a wonderful two weeks in Nepal. After some sightseeing in Kathmandu we went to Pokhara to explore the city and to start the Nayapul-Ghorepani Gandruk trek. I really enjoyed the trekking and my trekguide Elmi made me feel very safe and comfortable. Also after the trekking he took care of everything that a tourist needs in a foreign country which made my last week touring around the cities another great experience. Elmi is a very professional and reliable guide who is always ready to help. great experience in affordable price. Not that far from Thamel area and easy access. But most of the time are relatively crowded and packed of tourist.
