Dear guests, It is regrettable that the experience did not meet your expectations. However, a few points require clarification. The information regarding St. Peter’s Basilica and the Papal Tombs was provided before entering the Museums, as these require a different tour schedule. The visit was not rushed: several stops were made for photographs and to accommodate your child’s needs, and the tour ultimately extended beyond the time originally booked. The itinerary also included the Stern Gallery, while the Sobieski Hall and Raphael Rooms were intentionally omitted to avoid additional stairs with the stroller and disturbing your child. Every effort was made to adapt the pace and itinerary to the circumstances of the family. A more extensive visit would necessarily have required additional time. It is unfortunate that the experience was perceived differently, we are really sorry. Nevertheless, it is sincerely hoped that you will have the opportunity to return to Rome in the future and that we may have the pleasure of welcoming you again.
