Phenomenal choices for truly hidden gems. My trip wouldn't be the same without this intimate, personalized tour. Rome is that much more memorable. I hope you end up getting to tour with him. Definitely carve out time in your trip to schedule a tour early, to then plan other foodie destinations later on independently
