Begleiten Sie uns auf einer einzigartigen privaten und geführten halbtägigen Radtour von 10–12 km mit einem Elektrofahrrad, die Sie auf ein Abenteuer durch das malerische Banhoek-Tal in Stellenbosch im Herzen der Winelands entführt. Es ermöglicht die atemberaubendsten Ausblicke auf das Tal während der Fahrt. Unterwegs machen wir Halt, um Wein in zwei familiengeführten und preisgekrönten kleinen Boutique-Weingütern zu probieren. Sie werden von einem spezialisierten Weinführer begleitet, der Sie über die Weingeschichte, die Jahreszeiten der Reben und das wunderschöne Tal, in dem Sie sich befinden, informiert. Ein episches Abenteuer auf dem Fahrrad, um eines der Weintäler von Stellenbosch zu sehen.

Dies ist der offizielle Startpunkt der Tour Banhoek Lodge, Helshoogte Road (R310), Stellenbosch. Hier können Sie auch Ihr Auto sicher parken. Bitte kommen Sie 15 Minuten vor Beginn der Tour an, damit wir Ihnen das Fahrrad und den Helm in der richtigen Größe zur Verfügung stellen und auch das Protokoll befolgen können. Die Tour beginnt mit einer Einweisung in die Tour mit Ihrem Weinführer für den Tag. Dieser Punkt ist auch der Endpunkt der Tour. Die Radtour führt durch private Weingüter und Weinberge und abseits von Verkehr und Hauptstraßen.
Unser akkreditierter Weinführer führt Sie auf eine epische Outdoor-Radtour in einem wunderschönen Tal. Er wird über die Weingeschichte des Tals und des Weinguts, die Jahreszeiten der Rebe und der Weine sprechen. Zorgvliet wird die erste Station für Weinproben auf unserer Route sein. Das Radfahren hier und die hier verbrachte Zeit werden zusammengerechnet.
Während wir durch Weinberge und Privatstraßen abseits der Hauptstraßen und des Verkehrs radeln, werden wir ein kleines Boutique-Weingut namens Thelema für unsere zweite Weinprobe des Tages entdecken und besuchen. Wir werden während der gesamten Radtour von Bergen und Weinbergen umgeben sein. Das Radfahren hier und die hier verbrachte Zeit werden zusammengerechnet

Our guide Abie led us on a wonderful e-bike tour of Stellenbosch and some local vineyards. Abie was warm, friendly and very knowledgeable about the history of the region. He enriched the experience. The wine tastings and lunch were great but they each seemed to be secondary to the beautiful panoramic scenery of the region. It was beautiful and made for a great experience.
We made a nice bike ride with our guide Tim, who told a lot about the area. We deviated a bit with our wishes from the program, but Tim handled it well. It was a nice trip between the vines on e-bikes.
Very friendly guide who knows a lot about wine and about the history of the country Beautiful surroundings. Good bikes. But you only cycle a little bit. Bit short for the money you're paying.
Good day, Thank you for joining us for the e-bike tour and taking time out to write a review. I apologize that the distance you cycled was of a shorter distance on the day. On a Private Tour we are generally very flexible and would customize the tour on the go. The distance of the tour is part of the tour description when you make a booking. The idea is to have a very relaxed and easy short ride between wineries to enjoy wine tastings and take in the beauty of the valley on a e-bike. We had a fantastic morning with Colin from Wineland Guides. He gave us a very thorough briefing so we felt safe on the e-bikes. Colin was incredibly knowledgeable about the wine industry and local area, and stopped at the most scenic spots so we could take photos and hear more about the history of Stellenbosch. We stopped at Thelema and Rainbows End for some fantastic local wines. Also travelling via bikes through vineyards gives you the most phenomenal views that you miss when travelling via car!
Very pleasant morning. Had hoped for more cycling and also expected to visit 3 vineyards (as per the itinerary) but only visited 2 - not sure why

As per our main description of the tour, it tells you exactly distance, how many wineries you are visiting and that you'll be tasting wine at two wineries. The tour itinerary has a optional third winery should you wish to stop for lunch, and this can be easily communicated to the guide on the day as the tour is very flexible and customizable within the time frame of the tour. We had a great day with Tim and Prince. They modified the standard tour of three wine tastings because we wanted to do a bit more cycling through the lovely scenery. Of the two vineyards Thelema was by far our favourite and we bought quite a bit of wine to bring back to our villa. All in all highly recommended
