Wir bieten eine entspannte, komfortable Tour durch die hügeligen Städte und Dörfer der Cotswolds. Unser Fahrer steht Ihnen zur Verfügung, um Fragen zu beantworten und Ihnen Tipps oder Ratschläge zu geben, was Sie an den einzelnen Orten sehen können. Im Gegensatz zu anderen Touren lassen wir unsere Gäste jedoch jeden Ort auf eigene Faust erkunden! Unser Fahrer bleibt in Ihrer Nähe und ist hinsichtlich der Zeiteinteilung zwischen den Standorten völlig flexibel. Vielleicht möchten Sie eine Gegend früher verlassen oder sich in einen Ort verlieben und etwas länger bleiben. Wir konzentrieren uns darauf, unseren Gästen die Wahl zu lassen, wann und wo sie uns besuchen möchten!

Wir holen Ihre Gruppe von Ihrer Unterkunft/Ihrem Hotel/Ihrem gewählten Ort in Bath ab. Wir empfehlen eine Abholzeit von 09:00 Uhr. Die Fahrzeit zum nächsten Standort beträgt etwa 30 Minuten (Castle Combe).
Castle Combe wurde zu einem der schönsten Dörfer Englands gewählt. Dieses kleine Dorf war die Heimat berühmter Filme wie Dr. Dolittle, War Horse und Stardust. Es gibt einen wunderschönen Bach, der an der Hauptstraße entlangfließt, und ist übersät mit traditionellen Cotswold-Cottages. Die Fahrzeit zum nächsten Standort beträgt ca. 1 Stunde (Bibury).
Ein charmantes Cotswold-Dorf inmitten von Antiquitäten- und Boutiquen. In diesem kleinen Dorf gibt es auch einen tollen Markt, der normalerweise mittwochs/samstags stattfindet. König Charles hat auch sein eigenes Geschäft im Dorf, und seine geliebte Highgrove-Residenz liegt gleich die Straße runter. Die Fahrtzeit zurück nach Bath beträgt ca. 45 Minuten (Bath).
Lower Slaughter ist ein schönes, ruhiges Cotswold-Dorf mit einem malerischen Bach, der durch das Dorf fließt. Sie können durch diese idyllische Umgebung schlendern und dieses typische englische Juwel auf sich wirken lassen!
Dieses große Dorf, das als „Venedig der Cotswolds“ bekannt ist, bietet zahlreiche Fotomotive, da der flache Fluss Winrdrush durch das Zentrum fließt. Es gibt mehrere Fußgängerbrücken, die den Fluss überqueren, und es gibt viele Pubs/Cafés/Restaurants, die es zu einem sehr malerischen Ort zum Mittagessen machen. Die Fahrzeit zum nächsten Standort beträgt etwa 10 Minuten (Stow-on-the-Wold).
Bibury ist ein wunderschönes Dorf im Herzen der Cotswolds. Hier befindet sich die berühmte „Arlington Row“, eine ikonische Reihe von Cottages aus dem späten 14. Jahrhundert. Bibury beherbergt auch eine Forellenfarm und mehrere Bäche, die sich durch das Dorf schlängeln. Die Fahrzeit zum nächsten Standort beträgt ca. 25 Minuten (Bourton on the Water).

Richard was absolutely amazing. Incredibly kind and patient. He took time to hear what I was looking forward to seeing and made sure I had a great opportunity to check the box. I really wanted to see a thatched roof home. Sounds silly, but it was big for me. He made sure I got to see a beautiful example :) He listened when I said I was excited to see the beauty and history and take photos. He even adjusted the stops when we saw how busy one location was, knowing that I was looking for a more peaceful and tranquil experience. He also was very easy to talk to and made me comfortable the entire day. I was able to tour the sites at my own leisure and felt completely safe and welcome as I traveled. He even made sure to point out a historic pub so that I could take time to eat somewhere historically significant. It was such a perfect day and I am so thankful that I chose Richard because he truly designed it around my individual desires. Totally worth the cost. Highly recommend. :) I know other travelers who used a less expensive option and did NOT have the same experience I did. I promise, completely worth it.
A lovely day trip visiting a variety of villages. Ample time to walk around, take photos, explore each village and grab a bite to eat. Richard was pleasant and well-versed on the history of the area, answering all of our many questions! A wonderful experience for our party of 4 and we will certainly recommend to others who are visiting Bath and area.
This excursion was the end of our journey and I can’t think of a better way to end this trip. It was a relaxing day and the views of the rolling landscape was spectacular. I loved the quintessential cottage charm. Great day, great driver (Rich)!
Had a great time visiting the Cotswolds with our guide Richard. The timing of the trip was perfect as we could spend as much as or little time as we liked at each stop. Richard was both friendly and informative.
Richard was our driver and he is the best! He is knowledgeable of the area and had a great day planned for myself and my two daughters. The day was relaxing and we enjoyed all of the beautiful stops. Highly recommend!
Richard was our guide and he was very good. He took us to a lot of very adorable little Cotswold villages. He did give us some information about each village, but I always felt like I wish he had said more. He was very courteous and punctual.
It’s a nine hour day but well planned out and we had a lovely sampling of the Cotswolds. The stops and the timing were just right and our driver. Richard was a local and very knowledgeable and pleasant.
