Specifically regarding your cancellation - it is always our policy to make a refund without delay, we know that unexpected things can happen, so we aim to be as flexible as we can and when plans change, if it's not possible to change dates - we'll always make a full refund to include any booking fee. Thank you for spending time with us. I enjoyed the day we spent together and I was so happy to read your kind words - very much appreciated. What we aim for on a tour like this one is to experience a little more than just Cassis and the Calanques, which are in themselves very beautiful, but captured with the backdrop of Cap Canaille, the wineries of Cassis and the entire bay of Marseille - we hope our guests leave having seen the best that this area can offer.
