07:30 Uhr Abholung von Ihrem Hotel und Abfahrtsort Chablis. Es gibt ca. 190 km, um mit unserem klimatisierten Mercedes-Minivan auf einer Autobahn von Paris nach Chablis zu fahren. Es dauert etwa 2,5 Stunden. Es wird ein Stopp an einem Rastplatz eingelegt.
10:15 - 11:30 Ankunft in Chablis. Besuch der Domaine Jean-Marc Brocard umgeben von Weinbergen mit Höhlenbesuch und Weinprobe von 5 Weinen mit Käse: Chablis, Chablis 1-er Cru und Chablis Grand Cru. Das erfahrene Personal wird Ihnen alle Erklärungen über den Prozess der Weinherstellung in Chablis geben und die Unterschiede zwischen Chablis, Chablis 1-er Cru und Chablis Grand Cru aufzeigen.
11:30 - 12:30 Ankunft im Dorf Chablis. Geführte Besichtigung des 1860 gegründeten Maison Chablis Régnard mit 5 Weinproben. Sie erfahren im Detail den Weinherstellungsprozess und die detaillierte Klassifizierung von Chablis-Weinen, besuchen die Keller und erleben eine großartige Erfahrung bei der Verkostung von Chablis-Weinen durch den Sommelier dieses berühmten Chablis-Hauses: Petit Chablis, Chablis Village, Chablis 1- er Cru, Chablis Chablis 1-er Cru, Chablis Grand Cru.
12:30 - 14:00 Freizeit im Dorf Chablis. Sie können die kleine Stadt genießen oder wir reservieren für Sie ein gastronomisches Mittagessen. Sie zahlen direkt im Restaurant. 14:00 Abfahrtsziel Chateau de Pommard in der Nähe von Beaune (135 km auf der Autobahn). Es dauert 1,5 Stunden.
16.00 - 17.30 Uhr Ankunft in Chateau de Pommard - einem der berühmtesten Weingüter von Burgund, in der Nähe von Beaune und umgeben von Weinbergen. Weinprobe einer Auswahl von 5 Weinen von Château de Pommard und Famille Carabello-Baum „La Route des Grands Crus“ mit einem professionellen Sommelier. Sie erfahren, wie sich Burgunds Star-Trauben Pinot Noir und Chardonnay in den Dörfern und Terroirs Burgunds ausdrücken. Sie erfahren mehr über: die 5 Teilregionen von Burgund und ihre Spezialitäten, über die berühmte Weinstraße La Route des Grands Crus, über den Einfluss natürlicher Faktoren auf den Geschmack und über die Klassifizierungen von Burgund. 17:30 Abfahrt nach Paris 312 km (Autobahn). Es dauert etwa 3,5 bis 4 Stunden. Es wird ein Stopp an einem Rastplatz eingelegt.
21:00 - 21:30 Uhr Ankunft in Paris, abhängig von Ihrem Hotelstandort. Rückfahrt zu Ihrem Hotel.
P.S. Einige wichtige Bemerkungen zu den Sonntagsfahrten. Sunday Trips haben die einzigartige Möglichkeit, den lokalen Lebensmittelmarkt in Chablis zu besuchen. Jean-Marc Brocard und Regnard sind sonntags geschlossen. Daher bieten wir verschiedene Chablis-Domain-Besuche mit der gleichen Anzahl von Weinproben an: Domaine Baptiste, Domaine Céline et Frédéric Gueguen, La Chablisienne usw. Chateau de Pommard macht Besuche am Sonntag.

Approximately 13 hours, very nice trip into Burgundy. Tastings were excellent. Great wines, especially from Chateau de Pommard. Very informative and entertaining hosts.
Beautiful day in Burgundy with wine tasting.Prepared you for a long busy day. It's worth it. We did in private very interesting.
The driver Cyrus arrived at our hotel early and helped us get into the vehicle. The vehicle was in excellent condition with leather seats throughout and water bottles if we were thirsty (save these for later imo). Cyrus was an excellent driver and incredibly knowledgeable about everything we were asking. If he didn't have an answer straight away he would let us know when we returned from a stop. Cyrus introduced us at each of the locations we went and we were given excellent service at every step of the way. We asked to have some minor changes (stops for bathroom or to take photos) to our route because we were running early and Cyrus was happy to help. I cannot recommend this trip enough. Chablis wine is lovely on so many levels and the sommeliers were very knowledgeable on the region. Be prepared as you might want to use the spittoon.
The wine tours were very informative and the drive through the countryside in France was beautiful. Our driver did not speak much English but he was very warm and welcoming and attentive and we knew we were in good hands. The only thing that would have been better was to include a tour guide that could provide commentary on the various regions and villages we drove through as we proceeded from Paris to Chablis and other areas in the Burgundy region.
Most memorable was the Regnard winery where they showed the whole facility and took time to explain all the processes and then gave us a tasting to see the differences. Also the Pommard winery we got a great experience and we loved the wine so much we had some sent home!!!
Our driver, Alex , was excellent and fun to chat with. We did not have cheese with our wines at any stop as indicated on the plan. It also appeared that we were not expected at one wine tasting so we moved on to another vineyard, Baptiste, which was hosted by a lovely British woman. Chablis, & Pommard served lovely wines and we met other couples enjoying the fabulous country side! A lovely but very long day due to traffic issues.
Valerie and Roman were amazing hosts. Our pickup and drop-off were timely, and the agency provided a clean, comfortable, and spacious Mercedes van. Roman was a great driver and accommodated our requests for stops (WC, photos, etc.) as it was quite a drive from Paris to Bourgogne. Valerie was the perfect host - courteous, accommodating, and very knowledgeable of the Bourgogne region. The highlights of the tour were the apothecary at Hospices de Beaune - Hotel Dieu (filled with natural remedies) and Chateau Pommard. Chateau Pommard has a gorgeous winery, and we truly enjoyed the delicious wine tasting! What a classy way to celebrate my birthday with my hubby and our close friends!
Enjoyed the full day trip with pick up from the hotel from Paris as this option is not common for the other Burgundy tours available which requires the guests to assemble at Beaune or Dijon . Cyrus is both friendly and helpful and offers good service! Happy that the tour also offered options to visit other vineyards and his recommendation for lunch was also enjoyable. The view of the vineyards provided a breathe of fresh air for people wanting to couple the wine tasting tour with a short nature walk and actual visit to see the vineyard! The car journey is also comfortable. Drop off at our hotel in Paris is also a plus!
