Our guide for very engaging and informative. The boat met our needs perfectly.
We rent boats all the time all over the world, this was the worst experience we have ever had!!! The boat is run down and broke on the way back!!! We had to pull over and the captain put the 5 on us in a crowded down stairs space with no a/c in 40 degree heat while he was fixing the boat!!! He didn’t turn the A/c on until I got angry and then he turned it on!!! The marina is in the worst spot and the boat barely moves, like a mile an hour!!! The captain said it’s bcs of the speed limit in that area but I think he was just floating the boat the save fuel. It was unbearably hot sitting on the boat with it barely moving for over an hour. On the way back the engine broke and we had to “float” back on the boat. The kids got overheated, had no fun, the captain Orlando, was antisocial and angry, played on his phone the entire time! The manager Sam called me back and said she would refund our trip bcs the boat broke down and then said she would give us a $200 to use them again! Total rip off! We paid almost $1000 for 3 hours, I would never use them again even for free. Pls stay away! There reviews look good bcs they call you after and beg you not to leave bad reviews! Pls stay away total rip off and the advertising on this platform is false advertising. The worst experience we ever had on an excursion.

Absolutely incredible experience. Captain Yoennys was truly amazing, and this was seriously some of the most fun that I have had in miami.
Fun day on the boat! It had plenty of space for 6 of us and even an air conditioned cabin. The only thing I did not love was that you needed to text and find a captain, and the list was only provided 24h in advance. This stressed me out a bit as they only gave 3 numbers
