Private Bootstour an der Amalfiküste

The boat was super nice and stocked with lots of snacks and drinks. It was a great five star experience. The captain was great. He explained all the things we were seeing at our various sites throughout the day. He also offered advice on what to see and do at the port stops. Worth the price we paid for a private boat day.

This was hands down the best thing we did on our trip to the Amalfi Coast — and the best day of the entire trip! We did the private boat tour with another couple, and it was absolutely perfect from start to finish. Our skipper, Giovanni, was fantastic. He grew up in Positano and is truly a local, so having him show us the coast felt completely different from a typical tourist tour. He knew all the best views and spots, and we got to see the Amalfi Coast from the water in a way you just can’t experience from the road. The weather was amazing, but honestly, the views from the boat were the highlight. We got some of the best pictures of our entire trip, and being able to get away from the crowds made the day feel so special. Seeing all towns and the coastline from the water was incredible. Giovanni also took us to an amazing lunch spot right off the beach, which was such a great local experience. Nothing felt rushed or overly planned — he really made the day feel like we were out on the coast with someone who knew exactly where to take us. Giovanni grew up in Positano, and at one point we actually passed his brother, who was driving another boat! We met lots of locals on our trip which made it that much special. The boat was great, and having a bottle of Prosecco included was the perfect touch. And I have to mention my hat incident 😂. About five minutes into the trip, my hat flew off into the water — obviously, my own fault! Giovanni immediately turned the boat around, without missing a beat, and fished it right out of the water for me. We cannot recommend this experience enough. If you’re visiting the Amalfi Coast, do the boat tour. It was hands down the best day of our trip, and something all four of us will remember for a long time!

My family of 4 had a fantastic time with Giovanni. He had life jackets for our 1 and 2 year old as well as an inflatable boat that was awesome for floating in the water swimming to small beaches. He had plenty of snacks and drinks on board and took us to an authentic lunch spot in Positano whose staff and cuisine was amazing. We had ample time to explore the coast and did not feel rushed. Both our children felt relaxed enough to sleep on board. 5 stars! Best part of our Amalfi trip!

Giovanni was awesome! We had a wonderful time seeing the coast from the water. We loved being able to go swim in several GORGEOUS areas, and even a cave! The boat was beautiful and so comfortable. We highly recommend this to anyone coming to Amalfi!

My friends and I booked a private tour and it was by far our favorite day and way to see the coast. Giovanni was our captain and he made the experience that much better. We would do it again in a heartbeat!

This was our favorite excursion in Italy! Giovanni was our skipper and he was wonderful. We stopped several times to swim in spots he recommended, and he even made a lunch reservation for us on the beach in Positano, where we also shopped for a bit. It was the most beautiful way to tour the magnificent coastline. I highly recommend!!
