Mr Wang was great and the car was very comfortable.
The best arrival transfer experience. Alana reached out to us in advance. Gave us step by step instructions and was with us all the way. Driver Mr Huang was excellent
We booked the transfer from the airport to Disney ahead of time, our travel coordinator Alana has contacted us 24 hours before with full details when and where to find the driver and supported all along the way. Our driver Mr fong was waiting for us where it was indicated and had a comfortable fast trip to our destination. Had a great experience and Mr. Jin was very professional. Alana provided very clear up front instructions to enusre it was clear where I would meet my driver, Mr. Jin, upon arrival. Since traveling to unfamiliar locations can be stressful at times, I was extremely happy that this was one aspect I had no stress over. I highly recommend this service.
