The company is very reliable. The driver sent me a message the day before and was waiting outside of the airport with the poster with my name on it. The driver Adriana was very friendly, polite, professional.

I am the person who wants to travel safely. Trust me, a day before my flight, they messaged me for information of the drivers thru whatsapp. They introduced themselves in a professional way and with respect. When i went out from the baggage pick up, the driver is already waiting for me outside with my name: they treated me like their own family; while we were driving, the driver keeps telling me nice places in cali and what to do. 5/5 👏🏼 i feel like i was home! They’re trying their best to speak english to me, they made effort to communicate with me. And i really appreciate that.

The airport is small and cozy. It does offer amenities as most airports. It is clean and organized as well. The only thing that could improve would be having it closer to the city of Cali in order to have access to public transportation in and out. Since it is somewhat far from Cali, it does require that you utilize a taxi or ride sharing service

very communicative and felt very safe. booked through the trip advisor app. Although I travel to Colombia frequently, this was my first time using this service. And I enjoyed it. They sent the drivers name and pictures of the car, so I knew exactly who to look for upon walking out of the airport. Oh, make sure you have What's app on your cell along with an international plan features...

Punctual and comfortable transfer from hotel to Cali airport. Maria from Gran Colombia Tours stayed in contact with me and provided excellent service even the early hours of New Year's Day. The driver was courteous and drove safely. Highly recommend.

After making the reservation, the company initially contacted me in a very formal manner asking for information about my flight and hotel. But then the driver, and not the company, called me directly on my cell phone asking me to send him a message when my flight was about to leave (the flight had been delayed a couple of hours). Upon landing in Cali, a woman called me saying she was replacing the original driver. Although I requested information directly from the company's customer service at that time, they did not respond to me. The woman did not wait for me at the exit, I had to look for her in the parking lot. She didn't even know how to open the trunk and I had to go with my suitcase in the back seat. And she had a dog with her, so I had to carpool with a dog. The company apologized and they will refund my money, that's the only reason I rate them 2 stars. But there is no way I can recommend them. Colombian friends told me that they themselves would not have gotten into the vehicle.
