The service was great. The driver was early from the time we schedule. We had oled tu of time for the airport to his was great. The drive was very pleasant. The
The driver never showed up and we had a fight to catch. I kept getting messages from the operator that he was there, but the driver wasn’t. The driver never communicated directly with me adding to the frustration. After 30 minutes had passed I cancelled and booked a Grab car. They were there in 2 minutes.
Efficient and timely pick up. Driver was a little early but didn’t rush. Drop off right at the door for check in. Would recommend.

Punctuality and performance of driver. Avoided traffic, well groomed, clean car and very courteous. Booking the transfer was a little problematic.
We were very stressed out with this company as we had an early morning flight to catch The driver arrived 35 minutes late, the company did not provide us any information on the driver or even a contact number until we sent several messages through viator …llthe car smelled horribly we felt very unsafe in his car the driver was speeding he drove recklessly weaving in and out of traffic all the way to the airport we almost missed our flight We asked viator for a refund which was denied and the company prevented us from leaving a review by cancelling the booking thankfully we were somehow able to leave the review This is our first bad experience with a viator booking Bad experience all round !!!!! Will not recommend this company!!!!!
Good morning I have gone through your review and noticed that you have done booking for 06:30 Am and messaged in the morning to change the time to 06:00 Am, our staff was waiting for you at reception and they were responding you via Viator Messenger what I can see responding you after every minute of your questions, in the last you asked for Driver number also they had given already, We will check with Driver again if it was the case, But we were on time and our customer service was responding on every minute. once again thanks for taking our service and pls request again for full refund we will refund, regards
It was nice that they picked me up at the hotel, but instead of the airport I requested, they sent me to a different airport. I had no choice but to take a taxi, but the driver was a nasty one who didn't give me my change and ran away. I tried to take a photo, but he was too fast to get one. In the end, I had a bad experience.
