Our driver was prompt to collect us in the location specified. He got us to the airport in good time, and during the drive regaled us with stories and history about the region. It was very interesting and informative. Thanks for a great trip!

The driver was great and on time. The reason for 3 stars is that I think the lady that answers the phone doesn’t know what she’s doing. I called to confirm our trip and she confirmed for 1 passenger. I had made Rez for 5. She told me we would be picked at some hair salon that we had no idea where this was. I had to have our hostess call her and straighten it all out.

We booked a Viator Exclusive "GOT" tour in Split and arrived at the meeting point. We were greeted by Agnes who was such an AWESOME guide. My son wanted to go on that tour because he was a GOT fan, but my husband and I only watched 1 episode. Agnes accommodated all of us with history, fun facts and GOT information. Our driver, the van they took us in and everything was professional, timely and just such a great experience. Agnes was friendly, helpful and just a GREAT person to have as our guide. We would highly recommend this and hopefully you get lucky enough to have Agnes. Now after having such an incredible experience with the GOT tour, we asked Elite Travel to book us a private ride to Dubrovnik from Split. And we got the same results. Antonio showed up at our hotel to pick us up and was there dressed professionally and his car was immaculate. He greeted us and we talked the entire ride to Dubrovnik. Super personable and very kind and considerate. We are so glad we got to see Dubrovnik and the experience with Antonio was just icing on the top!!!! We feel so lucky to have found Elite Travel and such great people to show us Croatia. It's a beautiful country and Agnes and Antonio made the trip there one of our favorites on our European trip.

This is the best transfer company I’ve ever used. I used them for my airport pickup and although my flight was delayed for 5 hours due to weather, the driver came to get us at 2am when many other companies abandoned their pickups. They were also fantastic and timely for the airport departure. I can’t thank you enough for your fantastic service!

We used Elite Travel as our shuttle to the airport. Was on time and easy to use. We were staying within the old city walls so arranged a pickup at the Pile Gate. Company emailed us to confirm a time for pickup and set the specific meeting location at the Pile Gate (Ice cream shop). Would recommend for airport transfer.

Horrible service. They never pick me up to go to the airport. I wait for almost 1 hour at noon at Hilton Imperial. I confirmed to Ivan by email 48h earlier and also the bus driver that leave in the city also check the time and place of pick up. They never answer the phone and replied me later by email WITHOUT A REASON why they missed my shuttle. Viator refund me but it was not enough compare to the higher cost of taking in hurry a taxi, dealing with them to accept my visa and the risk of losing a flight. Apologizes does not value the time and money lost. Never again!! Don't trust in their good reviews for shuttle transfers.
