<p>Overall it was an okay ride from Toronto International Airport to a hotel in Niagara Falls.<br/> Our ride arrived late because of the traffic (the driver said). The car smelt tobacco/cigarette very badly for us, non-smokers.</p>
<p>we were picked-up on time. Very nice and friendly driver and informative.<br/> The sedan was lovely plenty of pace and clean and comfortable.<br/> Excellent trip and company.</p>
<p>The driver was lovely BUT tour booked for 12 noon. emails told me to ring contractor the morning of the booking. I did to be told Viatour had cancelled the booking.The contractor told me they could get a car to hotel by 2pm, car arrived at 2.30. The driver then got lost in Toronto.We planned to be in Niagara Falls at 1,30. we arrived at 5.30! My husband booked the same driver for the next morning!! I would not have! I thought they would have offered us a discount because of the fiasco the day before.NO</p>
