The pickup was not well coordinated. The provider did not provide pickup/meeting instructions. I sent a message to ask for confirmation pickup and instructions and response was “ Ok”. I calked the number provided after I landed and they informed me a driver will be there to pick me up. There was no way for me to identify the driver as there was no sign with my name. After some delays, I was able to connect with the driver.

While I was anxious about my first trip to Egypt, which was also a solo trip, they dropped me off at my hotel without feeling bad at all. The price was reasonable and we were grateful for waiting according to the flight time and procedure. If I had to complain about one thing, I was worried that I didn't get a reply to my prior communication. Thank you for your time. We will use it again.

I booked and prepaid a private driver transfer for a 10:00 am airport pickup. The booking was confirmed, stating the provider would contact me for details. However, no one showed up and I received no contact upon arrival. I sent multiple messages to both the activity provider and Viator support with no response. As a result, I had to arrange alternative transport. The driver only contacted me at 12:30 pm, 2.5 hours after my arrival saying he didn't have the details.

The driver was late. We were 3 going to the airport. The car was very small, our luggage did not fit.

From booking, the team was very responsive, they reached out to inquire about the pick up details. The driver was punctual and he arrived even before the time. On the way to the destination, he was talking about the destinations we crossed. Dropped at the correct location. Great service!!!

Karim is an awesome person and very good driver. We felt safe with him. He was always earlier there for us, but not pushy.
