Private Abholung Transfer vom Flughafen Kairo zu Hotels in Kairo

We were never picked up exiting the airport. There is only one place everyone exits and we waited 40 minutes. No one was there with a sign with our name on it. We tried to call the number on our reservation but it only went to voicemail. They said they were there but how could they have been there. They should have given us a good contact ahead and verified exactly where to pick up - inside, outside, across the first lane of traffic etc. We have never been to Egypt before so our phone didn’t work at first but tried calling with another person’s phone. Poor communication.

We were extremely disappointed with this private transfer from Cairo airport. Despite notifying them 7 days in advance about a flight change and following up multiple times on WhatsApp, we only got a response right before our flight. The last-minute driver arrived very late, we waited 20 minutes, and the car was dirty and in terrible condition. The trunk was already full of the driver’s personal belongings, so our luggage barely fit. Overall, the service was unprofessional and stressful and definitely not what we expected.

A guide was friendly initially, however, he started sales of tours and once I said I was not interested in, his attitude became extremely rude. I will not recommend this.

The guide and driver were great. The only reason this is a 4 vs 5 star us that when we arrived we had difficulty finding who h took help from others and took about 20 minutes. I suggest always having a sign as that is what we had expected.

Emo Tours was great! We had a slight delay due to customs, and they waited patiently. Would book again!

The driver met me outside of baggage claim/customs. He was professional, and knowledgeable about the city of Cairo.

The positive is that a representative did greet us exactly where he said he would be and took us to the vehicle. Unfortunately, it felt like a bait and switch because I booked this particular company based off of the large vehicle in the image. I booked for three adults with luggage and unfortunately, a very small vehicle arrived. What was worse is that the driver and the guy who met us sat in the front and the three adults I booked the ride for we were forced to cram together in the back. This was a really small vehicle and three adults did not fit comfortably in the back. I was really disappointed and frustrated, especially after traveling for 20 hours to Egypt only be shoved in a tiny cramped vehicle. I don’t recommend this company because you never know what kind of vehicle is gonna show up.

We were met by a guide after a quick call to let them know where we were. The guide was friendly and spoke English. The driver was also friendly. If you are expecting a well marked car or van, be aware that you will be picked up by someone in their own car. Maybe I missed the dropdown that specifies the car. Regardless, we made it safely to our hotel.
