Private 8-stündige Stadtrundfahrt durch Madrid mit Fahrer, Guide mit Abholung

This company is a fraud. The description of the tour is not what it includes. It says a bus would be included in the tour - so that people with mobility issues may join. Well, the tour guide assumed everyone would be down for making this tour a walking tour as opposed to what we paid for. She kept lying about walking to the bus - and we never actually went to one until 2 hours before we were to be done. The tour started at 10:30a, we did not get on a bus until 4p and there were several handicapped people on the tour. This was NOT stated on the description of the tour. We understood that there was a marathon going on and that roads were closed, but instead of communicating this with us beforehand or even asking us the day of about changing the tour to another date that could accommodate when we paid for - they just assumed and continued to lie that we all would be okay with walking. In addition to this bad communication from this company, the tour guide had a very mean personality, as if she did not want to be bothered with our group - but had to, because it was her job. All of her mannerisms and responses were stark and mean. Lastly, when I requested a half refund for this tour because it wasn't what we got - they only refunded 1/10 of what we paid. Unacceptable.

The tour guide came with vehicle and driver on time. We visited most famous attraction in Madrid The Royal Palace early in morning before it was crowded as advised by our very knowledgeable guide Elena. She gave us thorough information about past and present history of the palace. Afterwards we took a walking tour through central Madrid visiting Puerta del Sol and Plaza Mayor. All throughout the tour Elena gave us amazing historical facts and figures so we can remember the visit to Madrid for a long time. We will recommend this tour and the guide to our family and friends without hesitation.
