Our guide Valentina was absolutely wonderful; she was very knowledgeable and kindhearted. We had four people in our group with limited mobility, and she was able to arrange the use of elevators to help us get around during our tour which was greatly appreciated. Thanks to Valentina, we all had a terrific time.

It is the second time I have hired Tour Travel & More for guided tours in Europe, this time for Italy and again I was delighted with the knowledge of their guides and the openness they have to adapt the tours to particular needs as mobility issues, as well as the attention for the organization of them. We were picked up at our hotel to go see our guide Teresa outside the Vatican. The drivers were on time and manouvered the traffic effortlessly. They kept in touch with Teresa to confirm the meeting point and stayed until we met her. While waiting in line, Teresa went through the information and gave us our tickets. She talked about the history of the Vatican and the jubilee year that is this year. Inside, she guided us through the main parts of the entrance building and told us more about the different buildings; not least the Sistine chapel. We walked through the museums, stopping to have a better look and to get more information about the different works of art, pointing out fascinating information about details we would have missed ourselves. Finally, we arrived to the Sistine chapel where we were given some free time to take in the experience. We ended the tour in fron of S.t Peters basilica where the mass was being prepared. Teresa was a terrific guide who left us in awe of the beautiful art and architecture. Together with the drivers they made it into a wonderful afternoon, free from stress.

All the services we had with you between February 8 and 11 have gone very, very well. Both the airport pickup and the transfer from the hotel to the airport today, by Luca Bianco, who has been very professional throughout, as well as the accompaniment also of Luca during the tours on Sunday and Monday, who was our driver. We can't put a but. Your service has been excellent. We greatly enjoyed both Tours, 7-hour Ancient Rome on Saturday and 4-hour Vatican on Monday, with the Saratinean Wing guide. He knows a lot about Rome and art, and he adapted perfectly so that our 13-year-old daughter, who was the one we had organized the trip for, could enjoy it to the full. Everything went perfectly. Without a doubt, if we went back to Rome we would have Tour Travel & More again and we would ask for the possibility of having both Luca and Ala again. Leana was the best! She was informative, very engaging and funny! There were six of us in the group (all adults) and two in wheelchairs. She was very skillful in getting us through the thick crowds in the Sistine chapel. She was very considerate and looked after us the whole time. We truly enjoyed our tour. She gave us the history of the Michelangelo’s Sistine chapel paintings in the most entertaining and colorful way. Our driver, Lucca, was great too! Got us to the Vatican and back to our Airbnb very safely and conveniently. Paying extra for pick up and drop off was worth every penny. I highly recommend this tour! And shout out to Maya who helped with the booking of this tour. She was very responsive and she patiently answered all my questions.
