Spanien ist bekannt für seine große Auswahl an Tapas-Köstlichkeiten, die frische und saisonale Produkte mit mediterranem Flair kombinieren. Warum also nicht Ihrer Reise eine besondere Note verleihen und lernen, wie man im Just Royal-Kochworkshop selbst typisch spanische Gerichte zubereitet? Vom Küchenneuling bis zum Kochbegeisterten werden alle Könner Freude daran haben, zu lernen, wie man Just Royal BCNs traditionelles Menü mit spanischem Omelett, Paella mit Meeresfrüchten und einem regionalen Favoriten, „Crema Catalana“, zubereitet. Und natürlich wird der Workshop durch einen endlosen Fluss von Wein unterstützt, was sowohl das Kochen als auch das Essen noch angenehmer macht. Degustationsmenü: Paella mit Meeresfrüchten/Spanisches Omelett/Kartoffeln „Bravas“/Traditionelle Kroketten/Verschiedene iberische Aufschnittsorten/Manchego-Käse/Kantabrische Sardellen/Oktopus „Feira“/Katalanische Creme/usw. Went with a teen tour group. Our instructor Claudia was on time, patient with the teens, and so darn charismatic! The teens have been RAVING about her! Absolutely worth taking a group to a cooking class. Lovely atmosphere too.

This tour was amazing. Chef was friendly, funny and entertaining. The food was great and we thoroughly enjoyed both the class and making new friends. A must do when you visit Barcelona.
This experience was amazing. Our hosts, James and Alfredo were warm and welcoming. The tour of the market with James was very informative. He told us where to get the best deals on ham, candy and spices. One of the neat things about the tour was being able to go inside one if the old buildings off of the Rambla. Don't be put off by the entrance and stairs. You arrive at the top at a beautiful apartment with a view of the plaza. The class with Alfredo was very hands on. He had us chopping and stirring. The Catalon creme was particularly good. The paella was also very tasty but so rich. I would recommend this experience to anyone. So fun!
This was an absolute highlight of our trip! Our chef was so fun, funny and informative. We had a great time as a family cooking and laughing. We have a repertoire of Catalan favorites now to practice at home. We all highly recommend this class.
This was a great experience for all of our family. We learned a lot, not only about cooking and Spanish recipes but also about Spanish culture. Our children also had a blast. I would highly recommend this class to anyone in Barcelona.
Marvelous experience! Chef tailored the class so that the ten of us in our private group each got to participate at the level we wanted (Some are accomplished home cooks and others not as familiar with culinary techniques, and a few who just preferred eating and sipping wine. Chef was very engaging and entertaining, and we all had a MARVELOUS time!!! And the tour of Boqueria was an AMAZING start to the outing!
Our family had the most amazing time and experience at “Just Royal BCN”, first starting off at the markets and learning about the different Spanish food and treats and their origins, to cooking the most authentic paella from Chef Alfredo! Every minute was a pleasure. Would highly recommend this experience, it was absolutely the highlight of our trip !

Well organized and our team had so much fun! Both Alfredo and Jorga were great hosts, they taught us many great cooking tips, and loved how they kept it chill and casual, with occasional jokes.
