Die Abholung ist von den meisten zentral gelegenen Hotels in Huatulco und Umgebung, Ferienwohnungen und fast allen Sehenswürdigkeiten möglich. Wenn Ihr Standort nicht innerhalb des Abholbereichs liegt, können wir einen Treffpunkt vereinbaren. Bitte geben Sie Ihre Unterkunftsdaten so bald wie möglich an. Wenn kein Transport erforderlich ist, werden Sie gebeten, sich im Zentralpark La Crucecita vor der Kirche zu treffen.

The host was awesome, picked up on time and was very helpful and spoke great English. However the area was saturated with jelly fish and I was stung over 100 times. My body is covered in bite marks, which leads to my concern, why did the excursion take place if the conditions were not safe!
Hello Andrea, According to our guide's report, when you started the snorkeling activity, you had a small jellyfish attack and our guide recommended you suspend the tour but you agreed to continue. Our guide also reported to us that at the end of the tour you actually had a jellyfish attack but nothing serious. As evidence we have that in your comment sheet about the tour there is no comment about it On the other hand, when there is a massive invasion of red tide or pollution of the beaches, local authorities suspend all types of maritime activity. As you could see on the beaches there were all kinds of activities in the wate We apologize profusely for the jellyfish bites unfortunately we are not in control of nature
The snorkeling was great, and the staff were friendly and helpful, but the tour is overpriced for what you get. (And, we did not even receive all of the promised amenities.)

What was supposed to be a fun afternoon learning how to snorkel in clear water in Mexico was anything but. The seas were rough so we stayed within sight of town. No safety talk, no instructions on how to use equipment. (Was it sanitized? I think not.) We went to a swimming cove where the swells were 3 feet high , told to jump into water from boat and swim to roped off swim boundary. My husband was unable to figure out how to use equipment, and mask was too small for him. I started to panic and could not breath. We swam back to boat. My husband cut his hands and leg on the ladder. After a while the rest of passengers returned and we sailed to a calm beach. By that time I was seasick. My husband and I swam to the beach and spent our time there as did a couple other participants. I heard comments from experienced snorkelers that this had been a bad experience. Our backpacks and contents were soaked as water covered the floor and benches. Fortunately, we did not take our phones. I suggested to Princess Cruises that this tour operator does not meet its standards. I hope they quit using it. I do not recommend this tour company.

Very nice guide, we went to a Beach nearby and snorkled for maybe 1,5 hours. We saw a lot of different fish in so many beautiful colors, absolutely amazing. The guide was leading the way but we had good time to stop and watch. After there was time for lunch at a restaurant at the Beach.

Our guide, Forhime ( I’m not sure that I spelled his name correctly), made a huge difference in our day. He was so kind and patient, spoke English and Spanish. Booking the trip was easy, the pick-up arranged went smoothly. Nothing bad to say, and there were 9 of us, ages 12-46. The reef and fish were amazing.

Mario was a great guide. Told us some of he history of the area. Went with me snorkeling, and pointed out different sealife. He did a great job. I would highly recommend.
