The driver said he would be 10 minutes late. He never showed up to the meeting point. The company did not help at all. They said check your what’s app. I had no messages from them. Just text message from the driver saying he was late! So we didn’t get any help, and we didn’t get to go see these sights on the day we had reserved this private driver. Terrible customer service. They have not offered a refund yet. If they do, I will update the review.

We are not good at English so we have chosen the driver plan without guide. The driver, Smile, wasn't even a guide, but he gave me a simple guide on the train and was very kind to me until the end. It is also very careful to drive. Thank you very much.
