Mind blown experience! Instructor is knowledgeable and friendly. Extremely fluent in English which makes it easy to understand is the plus point! A must go for if visiting HCM!
A wonderful coffee workshop with Quynh! He has a wealth of knowledge about coffee making, the coffee industry, and the history of coffee in Vietnam, and the information is presented in an accessible and engaging way. 5 stars, absolutely recommend this experience!
We had such an informative and lovely afternoon with Quynh. He gave us an introductory history of coffee production and distribution in Vietnam that was both engaging and interesting. The workshop was well thought through and considered while ensuring we didn’t consume too much caffeine across the 2 hours. We made three of the iconic coffees of Vietnam and all were perfectly prepped and prepared, tasting delicious also. Recommend for anyone with an interest or appreciation of coffee.
This was a good tour we done as Quynh has a strong passion with Vietnameese coffee and has a lot of knowledge that he loves to share. He will show you the way to and not to make the vietnameese coffees. Located in the heart of the city. Quynh whattsapp +84 37 913 2333 He is located in the city centre.
My friends and I loved the experience! Is the best way to learn about coffee, history of Vietnam and a brief understanding of Vietnamese culture. Storytelling was absolutely amazing. Thank you so much
Qunyh was a wonderful host. The whole experience was perfectly laid out. It was in an attic workshop, the tables and the accessories were perfectly laid out. He even prepared the ‘most tastiest Banh Mi’ in the city to eat before I taste so many coffee’s! The history lesson was very appropriate. For each of the coffee making he provides delightful insights of the local culture that went into some of the quirky ingredients. Also he was exceptional in allowing me to craft the whole coffee 100% on my own, while he explained or sometimes did his own pre demo. He has even followed up days later to share some of the recipes. The whole event wasn’t rushed at all. In fact I wish could do more to help the visitors to the culture and the city be more aware of this workshop.
Quynh is a very knowledgeable host. The whole experience was totally out of my expectations and it is a truly impressive experience. Definitely would recommend everyone to give this a try. It completed the Saigon experience. Not to be missed.
Outstanding experience. I learned about Vietnamese culture and how the coffee reflects their life style. The class was excellent. The coffee I tasted and made taught me alot.
Awesome. Such a great experience, fantastic insight into the history, and impact, of coffee for Vietnam. Recommend!!!
Had the BEST afternoon with Quynh, who is not only friendly but also an expert in the coffee production industry. He provided us with great stories about the development of Vietnam coffee and clear instructions on how to make coffee that suit our individual taste. I would give 10 stars if there was this option!
