Porvoo ist im Sommer und Winter bei Touristen beliebt. Machen Sie einen Spaziergang entlang des Flusses und absorbierten Sie die malerischen Landschaften.
Der Name und die Einladung, die Stadt von oben zu sehen. Die lokale Folklore besagt, dass der Teufel diese Stufen geschnitzt hat, um zur Kathedrale zu klettern und sie für sich zu beanspruchen. In Wirklichkeit liegt die Teufelstreppe auf der Koulukuja (Schulgasse), die historisch als natürliche Route dient, die zwei Teile der Altstadt verbindet. Er stellt eine Verbindung zwischen den höher gelegenen Hügeln und dem Flussufer her. Obwohl steil und uneben, ist es eine skurrile Passage, die sich zwischen Holzhäusern windet. Oben bietet ein kleiner Aussichtspunkt einen reizvollen Blick auf die Dächer Porvoos und die Kathedrale.
Der alte Schlepptau ist ein charmanter Ort, es gibt viele Cafés mit leckeren Zimtbrötchen, viele Geschäfte, die lokale Porvoo-Produkte verkaufen.

From start to finish, this tour was very informative with loads of practical and interesting facts.
