Pontcysyllte Aquädukt Kanutouren in Llangollen

Beschreibung

Great 2.5 hour canoe trip. Karl and Jason were fantastic guides. Only hold up was a narrow boat that took 15 minutes to cross the aquaduct...need to get approval to play pirate and ram and board the offending boats. Thanks for a great trip.
A fantastic bucket list experience! Jason was an excellent tutor providing a comprehensive briefing and putting everyone at ease. The canoeing wasn’t overly taxing and the views from the aquaduct were spectacular. Would thoroughly recommend Bearded Men Adventures 😃
We had a great trip guided by Jason. A nice leisurely pace and even though we had a full group it didn’t feel crowded. A little wait to get over the aqueduct but well worth it for the view. Just my opinion but think they are missing a trick not building a drink or snack into the price as the start / end point doesn’t have any facilities of note.
Jack the instructor gave us enough guidance and information to enjoy the trip through beautiful scenery and architecture in a safe way. Suitable for all abilities.
Must do a shout out to Joe who was a brilliant guide. He was a laugh and a half a minute and kept us entertained all morning. He was serious when he needed to be to keep us safe around canal boats and gave us loads of tuition on how to paddle a canoe which is different to a kayak. The tour itself was great and I would highly recommend. Improvements would be to provide a small bottle of water for each person and there is no access to a toilet!
Had an amazing afternoon canoeing the aqueduct , Jack was an amazing guide, very supportive, knowledgeable and entertaining. I would recommend this trip to anyone for a stunning day out.
Wasn't very good at the canoeing but we had a great time anyway, the guide was vey nice and really helpful especially when we were battling the wind, he came to our rescue! Would recommend to anyone looking for something different to do.
We had a great time, our guide Joe was a good laugh and had a lot of banter! Also gave us some history and information about the aqueduct to entertain us while we were waiting to cross it. It was run very well we went through all the instructions and Heath and safety, felt safe and looked after throughout. Got the hang of canoeing quickly. The canoeing was just amazing loved being on the water and the views from the viaduct were outstanding, well worth a visit, highly recommended.
Fantastic experience with Steve P, our brilliant guide. Instructions prior to the day were clear and location was easy to find. A gentle morning of kayaking across the stunning aqueduct. Not at all strenuous, just relaxing and chilled. Small group - there were 14 of us in total. Loved it.
Amazing experience! Joe our guide was brilliant made the whole experience better, witty and funny but professional too. Loved going over the viaduct in the canoe, views were breathtaking. This experience is a must.
