Vincenzo was an excellent guide for my first visit to Pompei! As an archaeologist, he provided unique insights that enabled me to go beyond the ruins and understand how the people of Pompei lived. Highly, highly recommend!

Enzo was an excellent guide for our Pompeii visit. He is extremely knowledgeable and has been an active guide and involved with Pompeii for over 20 years as well as his family. He speaks English clearly and is an effective communicator involving everyone in the group. He was involved in the recent restoration efforts that took place during COVID as well. Our trip to a Naples included a 3 hour guided visit to Pompeii and then a guided tour up to Mt. Vesuvius. Giovanna organized the whole day for us and gave us a spectacular tour of Pompeii. We had our 13 year-old grandson with us and he remembers more from that tour than any other tour we took over our two weeks in Italy!! Giovanna was so knowledgeable and passionate about what she was telling us and knew how to educate us in an interesting way. Giovanna helped us with every single detail in planning our trip to Naples. She arranged a driver (Diego, who was very personable, always on time, and shared his love for the area with us as we drove) to pick us up from the train and be our escort for day. So nice. She planned a lunch spot for us. She arranged a guide for our visit to Mt Vesuvius (also named Diego, who was fantastic in giving us understandable details about the volcano- our grandson loved it). And going above and beyond, Giovanna checked on all our scheduled trains to make sure they weren’t affected by the strike that was going on - even our train tickets that weren’t to Naples!! She actually went down to the train station and checked for us. So incredibly helpful and kind of her to do so. I am so glad we chose Giovanna for this tour. We highly recommend her.
We did the Pompeii tour with Giovanna, a fantastic guide. They guided us through the archaeological site with great expertise and kindness, always responding with a smile to our many questions. The three hours with her flew by!
Giovanna was an awesome guide. She was knowledgeable and engaging and completely enamoured with her subject matter. We had a four hour tour and she had planned her itinerary meticulously so we saw everything she thought was most important in the time available. Pompeii was apparently busier than usual, making it a challenge to fit everything in given the crowds and lines but she ensured we had an exceptional experience. We cannot rate her highly enough
I cannot recommend a tour round Pompeii with Enzo highly enough. He really enhanced our experience and accommodated all our needs. He was able to share his own experiences and stories throughout the tour and we really enjoyed it. If you are going to book any tour or experience in the area then I highly suggest you book it with him! He is a legend! Absolutely would book again
Giovanna is an engaging extremely informative guide. We were a group of 14, with children, teenagers & adults. Giovanna captivated us all & was very good with keeping the children engaged. Fantastic tour. We didn't realise how vaste Pompeii is. Tip, bring water & pop to the toilet before the tour starts. Definitely an incredible experience that ticks one off the bucket list.
