My adult son and I vacationed in Croatia and we visited Plitvice Lakes while there with this tour group. The tour is well planned and managed, and our guide, Chiara, is knowledgeable, upbeat, and helpful. The lakes and falls are absolutely gorgeous. We very much enjoyed our day there.

This was a great way to see and learn about one of the most beautiful parks I have seen. The lakes and waterfalls were stunning. It was about 10 km walk at a good pace. The guide was knowledgable and very organized keeping the group together.
Many thanks for your wonderful feedback, we really appreciate it and thank you again for joining the tour. Warm regards!
Our guide for this excursion was Martine . Martine was excellent she spoke perfect English and was very entertaining and knowledgable . We took the tour in February and did the lower lakes on the b trail which is about 4 kilometres long . This walk is gentle (except the last 100 metres after the boat ride where it is uphill . This was a fantastic day out and the views of the village and the waterfalls on the trail were superb . I cannot recommend this highly enough for a day out of Zagreb . The pick up point is perfect and easy to find also . Thanks again Martine for a fantastic day .
Thank you very much for booking the tour, we are glad to hear that the activity met your expectations and that you enjoyed the stunning beauty of Plitvice Lakes and Rastoke. Hope to see you back one day. Warm regards!

Worst military training. More than a guided nature tour, it looks like training for an aironman or triathlon. Not only that I didn’t leave time to contemplate a unique landscape that you can never see again, but that the guide that “accompanied” us on Saturday morning did not expect, did not look back, it did not matter if you had a problem or not. I think it's great that you have to follow an itinerary. But I don’t think it’s normal for the guide to go 6km/h on a hiking trail where you literally pay to enjoy the scenery. When the experience is over, the only thing you can remember is the ground since you can't look away because you fall, you don't remember the lakes. Shame on the truth. I remember we were all suffocating and she kept running, because she didn't walk, she ran and she didn't take into account the team she's in charge of. At the very least, you should be allowed time on each lake to watch, breathe, take pictures and if there are laggards, wait for them. You have to understand that people pay to enjoy the activity, to observe it, take pictures and remember it, if we want to do a triathlon we do not go there. Not to mention, when you finish the route through the lakes, suffocated and with a tremendous muscle overload. The bus isn't waiting for you where you end up, no. He's waiting 4 km from there. You have to walk uphill, with slopes and stairs until you reach the bus. I'll never understand that, right where the boat leaves you there's more than plenty of parking for me to pick you up there. What is the point of hiring a private bus tour if you then have to be the one looking for the bus? We pay for quality, for comfort. We didn't get any.
Thank you for booking the tour and taking time to share your feedback. We are genuinely sorry to hear that this experience did not meet your expectations. That said, we would like to clarify a few important points for future readers: • Bus access inside the park Plitvice Lakes is a UNESCO-protected National Park, and no buses from any company are allowed to enter or wait inside the park. This regulation is set by the park authorities and is completely outside of our control. All visitors, regardless of the tour operator, must walk to the designated pickup points. • Walking distance and tour difficulty The tour description clearly states in advance that the walking distance is approximately 6 km and that this tour is not suitable for guests who have difficulty walking or who expect frequent long stops. This information is provided before booking so guests can make an informed decision. • Pace and itinerary The pace of the tour is designed to follow the official park itinerary and time slots for boats and entrances, while still allowing for photo stops and explanations. However, this is a shared group tour, and the schedule must be respected for all participants. • Tour type expectations Our tours are designed for guests who enjoy active sightseeing in a natural environment. For travellers who prefer a slower pace, extended stops at individual waterfalls, or a fully flexible itinerary, we strongly recommend booking a private tour, where timing and rhythm can be adjusted entirely to personal preferences. We truly regret that this experience did not align with what you were looking for, but we also believe it is important to ensure clarity for future guests when choosing the tour that best fits their expectations and physical comfort level. Best regards!
