Dieses Erlebnis ist ein maßgeschneiderter halbtägiger Ausflug, um neben unseren Boutique-Weinen und lokalen leckeren Speisen den fröhlichen Geist einer Gemeinschaft und ihrer familiengeführten Traditionen durch professionelles Kochen, Geschichtenerzählen, Humor, Geschichte, musikalische Überraschungen und einen tausendjährigen Wein zu entdecken & Esskultur, also ... machen Sie sich bereit, sich zu entspannen und Spaß zu haben!

Wir werden Spaß daran haben, frische Pasta von Grund auf in einem einzigartigen Kontext zu kochen: dem familiengeführten Weinbauernhaus meiner Familie aus dem 17. Jahrhundert, das sich in den Weinbergen von Frascati befindet (nur 24 Minuten mit dem Zug von Rom entfernt!). Wir werden auch eine geführte Weintour durch unseren Weinberg und unser Bauernhaus genießen (jetzt eine Art Weinmuseum, keine moderne Weinherstellung dort) und eine Weinprobe unserer Nr. 3 Familienweine, zusammen mit dem Mittagessen, das die von Ihnen zubereiteten Nudelsorten, die leckeren Vorspeisen und die lokalen Süßigkeiten umfasst! Wir treffen uns am Bahnhof Frascati und gehen zum Bauernhaus meiner Familie (nur 5 Autominuten entfernt), um einen besonderen Ort zu entdecken. Ich und mein Familienteam, das ebenfalls aus einem Profikoch besteht, werden Ihnen beibringen, wie man Nr. 2 der traditionellen Nudelrezepte zubereitet, darunter „Ravioli“ und „Fettuccine“, sowie einige der Geheimnisse der lokalen kulinarischen Tradition! Ich stelle Ihnen auch unsere Pasta-Rezepte zur Verfügung! Am Ende des Erlebnisses begleiten wir Sie zurück zum Bahnhof Frascati, um zum Bahnhof Roma Termini zurückzukehren!

A nice and cozy pasta and wine day treatment. Nice nice people. Good atmosphere. Really recommended to do something different on holiday.
Yesterday was my favorite day in "Rome". The city of Rome is a noisy, congested, overwhelming City. But right outside of Rome in the countryside of Frascati, it's beautiful, relaxing, and friendly. The wine flowed, we made pasta like Nonna used to make, we walked the vineyard, shared stories, sang, and laughed a lot. It was like being with family with complete strangers. It was a beautiful day. I highly recommend this adventure.
Host was great just make sure the pizza making portion is available before you book, ended with live music. Vineyard is 10 acres and has a beautiful intimate feel
HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! We took a day trip into Frascati from Roma. We were picked up right on time and taken to the vineyard. The pasta making class was amazing. Then we got to experience the family made wine with a special visit from one of the family members that explained history of the house and how the winery dates back 9 generations. Our guide NICO was amazing! Very knowledgeable and welcoming. If you ever get the opportunity to do this experience it is well worth it and request NICO as your guide, you won’t regret it. Cheers!
What a wonderful experience, one of the best parts of our Rome, Italy vacation. The Minardi Winery was in the beautiful hills of the Frascati Region. We toured the vineyards and the winery and took a Master Pizza-making class. It was like a Sunday family dinner. The people were warm and funny and welcoming. Awesome food, incredible wine and a sunny afternoon in an amazing place|! The wine we ordered to be shipped home arrived in short-time, too. Grazcie!!!

They cancelled soon after I booked and I am still waiting for my refund. I don't know why they cancelled nor was I given an alternative tour option.

We had an awesome time at the winery! The pizza making was incredible, the wines were amazing, and the hosts were fun and knowledgeable.
Fantastic day spent making pasta and drinking wine! Easy 30 minutes train from Rome to Frascati. Book directly with Minardi winery and they will pick you up from the Frascati station. Great way to enjoy a slower pace after the frenzy of touring Rome.

This was one of the best parts of our trip to Rome. I’d booked as part of a surprise for my partner 50th birthday and it didn’t disappoint. From the minute we were collected from the station (easy journey and great instructions) and warmly welcomed by Nicolo and Alfredo, to being dropped back on Frascati Centre, we were treated to an excellent pizza making masterclass, followed by some lovely wine tasting. The team are warm, welcoming and so knowledgeable on the wine and their home town & surrounding area. The pizza and lunch we were served was one of the best I had whilst on our break. This was an all round lovely experience and I would recommend this tour 100%.
