Very welcoming. We had a lovely time playing with people from Japan, China, USA, Canada. One thing to note if you want to rent a paddle please message them beforehand.
What a great and welcoming group in a great facility on the 4th/5th floor large gym (shared with volleyball group); people of all levels including first time players to obvious raquet sports players; scoring in English; would enjoy doing it again. I brought my own paddle but they have rentals; Should bring your own court shoes

Lots of fun with locals, expats and vacationers. Very easy and effective way to get in a Pickleball game in Japan.
I arrived early and was met by Friendly facilitator who spoke English and Spanish. I played inside a big building with restrooms (handicapped restroom had United States style toilet). Gym floor was very beautiful wood and an excellent surface for Pickleball! Because it was rainy weather only about 8 players arrived for 4 courts, which allowed me many enjoyable open-play games as well as some one-one practice with a skilled player I met for the first time. All the players were happy and enthusiastic.
