Amazing experience! Our guide was very knowledgeable and sweet. You can tell the elephants are well taken care of too!. BRING BUG SPRAY or you will get bitten up by misquitos.
Thank you for your review. We’re glad you had an amazing experience and that your guide was knowledgeable and kind. We also appreciate your helpful tip about bringing bug spray.
It’s a good way to see some sites quickly. You won’t have an extended amount of time so for those who need a lot of photo time you might have to move quickly. There won’t be any guidance once you’re at the locations. You just take your photos and wander around. Before you arrive, the guide will give a brief summary about the locations during the car ride though. The tiger add-on was the best for me. I didn’t mind it resting and not very active during the photo because it’s a tiger and huge. They did do a quick stop at the road side elephants, if you want to see elephants better I recommend Patong hill tribe or another sanctuary type location. And of course they make some shop stops. You don’t have to buy anything, but I did get some snacks and honey. Overall good way to see things quickly.
Thank you for your detailed feedback! It’s helpful to know what to expect, and we’re glad you enjoyed seeing multiple sites efficiently—especially the tiger experience. We appreciate your insights and hope to welcome you again for another great trip! 😊
What an incredible experience! Might be challenging for anyone with mobility issues as there was a steep hill to climb and some uneven terrain (but certainly not a long walk), and younger children might be intimidated by the being so close to the elephants. For us though (youngest was 12), this was such a special experience to prepare some food, to feed the elephants and be able to see them so close. The guides were generous in taking photos and making sure we had a good time. Thank you Mei for a wonderful time!
Thank you for your wonderful review. We’re delighted to hear you had such a special experience with the elephants and enjoyed preparing food, feeding them, and getting up close safely. It’s great that our guides were able to support you and capture memorable moments. We truly appreciate your feedback and kind words!

Worth the money! It was really hot and lots of uphill walking but definitely worth it for the experience. Very good guide and the pick up service was excellent
Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad to hear the experience was worth it for you and that you enjoyed the tour despite the heat and uphill walking. It’s great to know the guide and pickup service met your expectations. We truly appreciate your review and hope to welcome you again. 😊
fantastic interactive experience with rescued elephants; very well cared for; and lovely staff caring about them and providing information about elephant conservation etc.

Excellent value for money, and what an experience up close and personal. Staff and very knowledgeable and friendly. Great transport to and from experience to hotel. Just the right amount of time to spend with the elephants, and the group size was not oversized, so you get lots of time with hands on. Highly recommend.
Thank you so much for your fantastic review! We’re delighted to hear that you found the experience excellent value for money and enjoyed being up close and personal with the elephants. It’s wonderful to know that our team’s knowledge and friendliness made a positive impression, and that the transport arrangements were smooth and convenient for you. We’re especially pleased that you appreciated the small group size and felt you had just the right amount of time for meaningful, hands-on interaction. That balance is very important to us. Thank you for your high recommendation — we truly hope to welcome you again in the future!
Very good, great to see rescued elephants living a good life. the guide was great and informative...
Thank you for your kind feedback. We’re delighted to hear that you enjoyed seeing the rescued elephants living well and that the guide provided an informative and engaging experience. We truly appreciate your support and hope to welcome you again on your next visit.
The hands on experience was truly unforgettable. We were able to feed and interact with 5 elephants with great photo opportunities. Sadly, the tour was not very informative about elephants and their behavior. Beware— when you book a tour for a specific time, pick up maybe as much as an hour earlier. Consider contacting your guide for specifics. We were not notified and were quite surprised when the driver arrived at 9:05 AM for our 10 AM tour. We were told we needed to be in the lobby in 5 minutes or the tour would be cancelled. No one was helpful. However once we arrived to the sanctuary we were very happy we came.
Thank you for sharing your detailed and honest feedback. We’re truly glad to hear that the hands-on experience with the elephants was unforgettable and that you enjoyed the close interaction and photo opportunities once you arrived at the sanctuary. That means a great deal to us. At the same time, we sincerely apologize for the lack of clear communication regarding the pickup time and for the stress this caused at the start of your day. Pickup times can indeed be earlier than the tour start time due to shared logistics, but this should always be communicated clearly in advance. Your comments about the limited information provided about elephant behavior are also well noted. We regret that the initial coordination and support did not meet expectations, and we will review this with our team to improve pre-tour communication and guide briefing. Thank you for your understanding and for highlighting both the positives and areas for improvement.
The experience was wonderful and intimate. It was a small group of people with our tour guide and the elephants are beautiful and well taken care of. I like that they are free and not having to work anymore. Just relax. I do recommend that people be comfortable with walking especially up a very steep hill as it can be a bit much if you have foot/ knee pain. My sister needed assistance getting up the hill and they were very gracious. We both enjoyed it immensely. Especially touching them and giving them food. I highly recommend this tour. Not too long. Just enough time to connect to the animals.
Thank you so much for sharing such a thoughtful and detailed review. We’re truly happy to hear that you found the experience wonderful and intimate, and that you appreciated the small group setting and the care given to our elephants. Knowing that you value their freedom and peaceful life means a great deal to us, as their well-being is always our top priority. Thank you also for mentioning the walking conditions. We believe this is very helpful for future guests, and we’re glad our team could assist your sister with care and patience. It’s lovely to hear that you both enjoyed feeding and spending time with the elephants and felt a genuine connection with them. We truly appreciate your recommendation and hope to welcome you again in the future.
