- Kleinkinder im Alter zwischen 14 Tagen und 2 Jahren am Reisetag reisen kostenlos, wenn sie von einem zahlenden Erwachsenen begleitet werden.
- Halten Sie bitte Ihre Hotelinformationen und Ihr Rückflugticket bereit, falls die Einwanderungsbehörde danach fragt.
- Alle Passagiere ab 2 Jahren müssen den Fast Track im Voraus bezahlen. Wenn zusätzliche Passagiere ankommen und nicht berücksichtigt wurden, wird die Fahrt ohne Rückerstattung storniert.
- Bei der Frage beim Checkout "Wo möchten Sie abgesetzt werden?" geben Sie bitte "Ausgang" oder "Ihr Hotelname" ein, wenn Sie einen Flughafentransfer gebucht haben.
- Für die Fast Track-Ankunft von 00:00 bis 05:59 Uhr fällt ein Zuschlag von 500 Baht pro Person an, mindestens 2 Personen
- Für Fast Track-Abflüge mit Premium Lounge von 00:00 bis 05:59 Uhr fällt ein Zuschlag von 1300 Baht pro Person an, mindestens 2 Personen
- Flugverspätungen - Wenn Ihr Flug verspätet ist, müssen Sie uns nicht benachrichtigen. Unser Flughafenführer wird informiert, da wir die Flugpläne aktiv überwachen.
- Flugänderungen - Wenn sich Ihre Flugnummer ändert, benachrichtigen Sie uns bitte mindestens 6 Stunden vor Ihrer ursprünglich geplanten Ankunftszeit, damit wir den Zeitplan Ihres Fortgeschrittenen aktualisieren können. Booking the VIP Fast Track in Phuket was hands down the best decision we made for our trip. From the second we stepped off the plane, the arrival was smooth, quick, and completely hassle-free. What really blew us away, though, was the incredible customer service before we even landed. Tak at IAsia Thailand noticed an error in the flight details we had submitted and proactively emailed us to get everything corrected ahead of time. Because of Tak's sharp attention to detail, our guide was waiting right at the gate to escort us through customs without a hitch.

Unfortunately no one showed up. I waited around for quite awhile. Luckily it didn't take too long to get through customs.

Couldn’t believe how good this service is. Met at the top of the fly bridge and through to baggage in 5 mins. The 2 staff assigned to us were brilliant. The normal queue for immigration was at least a 2 - 3 hr wait. I’ve never seen the arrivals hall so busy in many trip to Phuket. Anyone going through Phuket International, do yourself a BIG favour and use this service. You won’t regret it.

The fast track service was a great experience and made arriving at Phuket Airport a breeze. We were met at the jet bridge by a couple of very kind and helpful staff that help us navigate the airport and immigration. This saved us a ton of time when we were exhausted after several long flights and we were on our way to our hotel in less than 20 minutes.
