Erleben Sie Arizonas geräumigste Heißluftballonfahrt an Bord des größten Passagierballons der USA. Genießen Sie einen sanften Sonnenaufgangsflug von etwa 45 Minuten über die Sonoran-Wüste, gefolgt von einem traditionellen Champagner-Toast mit Orangensaft und Wasser in Flaschen. Flüge werden mit bis zu 24 Reisenden geteilt und bieten so deutlich mehr Platz und Komfort pro Passagier als Standardballons. I recently completed my first hot air balloon ride, and while the flight itself was amazing, the overall customer experience was lacking. The biggest concern was the lack of restroom access during what was approximately a four-hour experience. I would recommend choosing a meeting location with adequate restroom facilities or partnering with a nearby business so guests have that option before heading into the desert. The breakfast also felt like an afterthought. Serving food in a dusty environment without visible hand sanitizer, water, or an obvious sanitation process raised concerns. The mimosas were a great! Lastly, the printed certificate and absence of photos made the experience feel less memorable than it could have been. Small touches like a quality certificate and a few photos would make a lasting impression. The balloon ride itself was wonderful, but the overall guest experience lacked the attention to detail that turns a great activity into a truly memorable experience.

Our current meeting location does provide restroom facilities before departure, and we encourage all guests to use them prior to leaving for the launch site. Once we depart for the desert, however, there are no restroom facilities available, which is typical for hot air balloon operations. Regarding our post-flight refreshments, we strive to provide a pleasant outdoor celebration that includes our traditional champagne toast, mimosas, and a light breakfast snack. We also provide bottled water, and hand sanitizer is available with our crew, although we're sorry if it wasn't readily apparent during your visit. We'll use your comments as a reminder to make these amenities more visible. We also appreciate your thoughts about commemorative certificates and photography. Amazing experience, I was scared but he made sure that the landing was perfect.
The experience was wonderful. We met in a parking lot drove to location … take nap. When we got to location we really didn’t have a lot of time to take many pictures but did. You don’t even notice you’re off the ground beautiful view. Landing was a little adventurous due to a few bushes run in 😂😂 but we landed safely. Everything was setup breakfast and mimosas 🥰 and back into the van and to your vehicle you went. 10/10

Knocked this off the bucket list while in Arizona for business. What an experience! Our Air Balloon Pilot, Scott was very knowledgeable and could provide us with background on the location we were flying over. This is a Sunrise flight so you have to be at the meet spot no later than 4:30am! You then shuttle to the location where you board your balloon for your ride. The views were amazing. The whole experience was so surreal. We wanted to take Earl back with us, he was such a vibe! He made everything full of fun. The booking includes: transportation from Chandler to the Launch Site, your balloon Ride & breakfast once you land. It was worth EVERY penny! I would definitely do this again if in the area. Don't debate. Just do it! Earl & Scott and their crew are amazing!
Our experience was amazing and SO worth the early wake up call! We were excited for our ride and it still managed to exceed our expectations! The crew was so friendly and our pilot was knowledgeable and made the experience feel safe and fun! Bonus points for the champagne celebration at the end!
