Erleben Sie eine ganztägige Petra-Tour ab Amman. Ihr Fahrer holt Sie von Ihrem Hotel in Amman ab und beginnt dann die Fahrt in Richtung Petra-Gelände. Unser englischsprachiger Fahrer bringt Sie über den Desert Highway nach Petra. Die Fahrt nach Petra dauert je nach Straßenlage mindestens drei Stunden und beinhaltet einen geplanten Halt entlang der Strecke.
Beim Erreichen des Besucherzentrums in Petra hilft Ihnen Ihr Fahrer beim Ticketkauf. Wenn Sie mehr über die Architektur und Geschichte der Region erfahren möchten, kann ein lokaler Guide für Sie arrangiert werden. (Optional)
Dieses außergewöhnliche UNESCO-Weltkulturerbe zählt zu den wertvollsten Schätzen Jordaniens. Beginnen Sie Ihre Erkundung mit einem Spaziergang durch die atemberaubende, enge Passage Al-Siq, die als Haupteingang zur antiken Stadt Petra dient. Bei der Ankunft können Sie die prächtige Schatzkammer Al-Khazneh besichtigen, ein bemerkenswertes Gebäude, das in die Felswand des Berges gehauen ist und mit atemberaubenden korinthischen Kapitellen, Friesen und Skulpturen verziert ist. Nach einer Mittagspause (optional) in Petra setzen Sie Ihre Reise zu anderen bekannten Orten wie dem Kloster, dem Opferaltar, der Straße der Fassaden, den Königsgräbern und dem römischen Theater fort.
Nach Abschluss der Tour treffen Sie sich mit Ihrem Fahrer an dem Ort, an dem Sie abgesetzt wurden (Besucherzentrum). Anschließend bereiten Sie sich auf die Reise nach Wadi Rum vor, die voraussichtlich etwa zwei Stunden dauert.
Nach Erreichen des Geländes wird Ihr 4x4 Safarifahrzeug für das 2-stündige Abenteuer vorbereitet, begleitet von einem lokalen Safarifahrer während der gesamten Fahrt. Entdecken Sie Sehenswürdigkeiten wie den Nabatäischen Tempel, die Wadi Rum Karte, die Kleine Brücke und die Rote Sanddüne. Sie haben auch die Möglichkeit, einen Kamelritt durch die Wüste zu unternehmen (auf eigene Kosten). Absolutely wonderful tour visiting Petra and Wadi Rum with Khalid Najjar. First of all, we can not thank him enough for his kindness and hospitality––ensuring that we were comfortable and happy with our tour. He made a few extra special stops with gorgeous views of Wadi Mousa (Petra). He was an amazing tour guide and ensured our safety with each stretch of drive. I will absolute be looking for him upon my return to Jordan with more family members. Our trip also included the 4x4 open-back truck ride across Wadi Rum, an amazing private guide at Petra, and an absolutely delicious lunch with Khalid where we feasted on Mansaf and Knafeh (the Knafeh was a special treat for my mother's celebration of her birthday). Abed the driver was great - very smooth trip and was very comfortable. Great tour guides in Petra and Wadi rum … tickets and booking was not very clear as it said when we booked that all entries were included (as we booked the all inclusive one which was $955 aus for the 2 of us) yet we were told wadi rum entry was not included, so our driver very kindly still got us the entry tickets as we had thought they were apart of the tour. Also lunch was not included which we were slightly surprised due to the price of the tour, but altogether very much still enjoyed our time and seeing these incredible places.

It was a wonderful way to begin discovering Jordan with this tour. Petra was truly spectacular, offering many beautiful spots beyond the famous wonder itself. The trip in Wadi Rum was great, though somewhat repetitive — the scenery was stunning but largely similar throughout. Our driver, Adnan, was excellent: very friendly, engaging, and talkative

From the moment we were picked up at the hotel, everything was perfectly organized. Our driver, Bardaghawi, was punctual, friendly and made our trip very comfortable. The guides who accompanied us at Petra and Wadi Rum were exceptional: attentive, knowledgeable and always willing to answer questions or help us make the most of the experience. Petra is impressive, but touring Wadi Rum in 4x4 was the perfect day’s golden pin. Petra was an amazing experience! Everything is so mesmerising, a must visit in Jordan. Wadi Rum was a beautiful adventure in the desert finished with a beautiful sunset. Our driver, Younis was very good too. Highly recommended tour.
