SCAM! watch out for this place. They took our money, brought us in to the basilica, handed us all (including people who weren’t in our group) “tickets” (A4 print outs) and told us to head down. When we landed - the ladies at the entrance said the tickets were invalid. Our guy had ran off. The people at the entrance almost looked like they were saying - those guys again.

The tickets provided by our agency come from the official ticket office of St. Peter’s Basilica and are original. All tickets are issued on A4 sheets and include a QR code, the full name of the visitors, the booking date, and the scheduled entrance time. Our staff accompanied the group according to the service purchased. We therefore reject any suggestion that the tickets were fake or that our company acted improperly. Kind regards,

Ticket pickup was on a side street, not too far from the Basilica entrance. From there we waited just a few minutes for the group to gather, and a guide escorted to the proper entrance for timed entry. I feel like this was worth the fee--especially in the heat.

We got the tickets to enter the Basilica on the same day of our arrival (according to Juan, we were very lucky, as at other times you can't even see the floor due to so many people). We picked up the tickets just a few steps from the main entrance. Juan kindly accompanied us to the entrance of the Vatican, right at the entrance of the security checks. Additionally, he provided us with very good advice on the things to see inside the Basilica.

It is indeed not possible to avoid waiting in line; you do get in a bit faster, though. In the end, it is a temple like any other. The large amount of money that this madness generates would be great if it went directly to the people who need it.

Our operator left us in a line that was over 2 hours long. I don’t think we skipped anything. We ended up leaving after 2 hours because our time in Rome was being wasted. We do not feel like we received what was offered in this booking. No refund or partial refund was offered.
