Sie kochen 3 peruanische Gänge und 2 Cocktails. Unsere peruanische Koch-, Cocktail- und Markttour beginnt am San Pedro Markt (Tür Nummer 1), mit einem Besuch dieses historischen Marktes. Wir probieren einige der exotischsten Früchte Perus (Superfoods) Danach gehen wir zu Fuß in unser Barstudio, ein traditionelles Haus aus dem Jahr 1930. Wir beginnen unsere Erfahrung mit der Zubereitung der köstlichsten Cocktails mit frischem Obst (auf dem lokalen Markt gekauft, den wir besucht haben) und Pisco. Sie kochen : peruanische Tamal (Quinoa), Cebiche und Causa Limña. Unser Kurs ist voll im Kurs und Sie werden an der gesamten Vorbereitung teilnehmen. Nach dem Unterricht schicken wir Ihnen auch die Rezepte, damit Sie es mit Ihrer Familie und Freunden genießen können. Hinweis: Die Cocktails und Kocherlebnisse in Cusco finden morgens und nachmittags statt. * Vormittags von 10 : 00 bis 14 : 15 * Nachmittags von 15 : 30 bis 19 : 45 Unsere Gerichte lassen sich leicht vegetarisch umwandeln. Deinen Nahrungsbedarf zu kennen ist sehr wichtig

This was a great experience. We went to the market before but Carlos really gave us a unique experience. We learned so much about the local foods and the market itself. The cooking class was very informative and was very accommodating for vegetarians and not! 100% recommends

Excellent experience for two adults and two kids (ages 12 and 17). Chef Carlos was family friendly and entertaining. Food and drinks were delicious too. It is a lot of food so come hungry.
Our chef/guide was very kind, even when we were running late due to traffic and his explanations during the market tour were very detailed. I can tell a lot of effort was put into the preparation of the foods we cooked with and used. I didn’t use alcohol in my drinks cause I’m too young but they were still sooo good! The foods were also awesome and everything tasted delicious!
Carlos provides an excellent presentation: starting in the market nearby to select ingredients and then making everything yourself under his guidance. Carlos is accommodating and professional, and does an excellent job explaining each ingredient's role in each dish. End result is tasty and will leave you feeling satisfied. 😋
