Der Autositz ist kostenpflichtig und unterliegt der Verfügbarkeit bei der Reservierung. Fahrzeuge werden basierend auf der Anzahl der Passagiere zugeteilt. Sie erhalten einen Tag vor Ihrer geplanten Abholung eine E-Mail mit Ihrer Buchungsnummer, unserer Kundenservicenummer sowie dem Namen und den Kontaktdaten Ihres Fahrers. Für den Abreisetransfer wird Ihr Fahrer Sie in der Lobby Ihres Hotels abholen. Wartezeit: 30 Minuten nach der angegebenen Abholzeit. Bitte teilen Sie Abholzeit, Abhol- und Bringhotel sowie vollständige Adresse mit.

Excellent driver. He was able to shorten the trip. He was well versed with the highways to take to Bangkok from Pattaya. He arrived early for our pickup. Thank you.
Very easy to use. Clean car and on time pick up and drop off. I would recommend this service to everyone visiting thailand
The driver was very friendly and kind throughout the trip. However, he was on his phone texting or reading texts while driving. We also had to pull over three times to confirm the hotel name, and at one point his phone stopped working, leaving him without navigation. I offered to help using my phone, but since it was in English, we still missed a few turns and the trip took longer than expected. While the driver himself was very pleasant, as a transport company I would expect drivers to have reliable navigation and a backup system, rather than relying solely on a personal phone. With a few improvements on the logistics side, this could be a much better experience.

Although I didn't receive everything included such as waters and cool towels our ride was good. The driver was punctual and pleasant and that's a plus.
