Ja, Sie lernen, wie man den Blätterteig von Grund auf neu macht. Alles handgemacht. Wir versprechen Ihnen, dass Sie die Urkunde in Ihrem Haus replizieren können! Wissen Sie, dass das Rezept in einem Kloster entstanden ist? Wir erzählen Ihnen die Geschichte. Zuerst kochen wir es und zum Abschluss schmecken wir den Genuss mit einem Portowein oder einem Ginja-Likör, tchim tchim!

It was amazing and the instructor had a way of engaging all three of my grandchildren. The pastry we made was the best we have ever had.

Semi-hands on experience. They are hard to make! I will never do it but I like eating them! Mostly enjoyed instructor’s cultural info on Portugal.
Filipa was very friendly. She explained everything very well. We had a good time and at the end we ate the tarts that we had made - they were delicious, especially washed down with some port.

Fun, interactive, delicious pastries. class actually went about 2 and 1/2 hours. we all enjoyed--including our 14 yr old daughter
