In unserer Villa auf den Florentiner Hügeln, umgeben von der Landschaft und mit wunderschönem Blick auf Florenz, werden Sie ein einzigartiges und authentisches Erlebnis erleben. Gerne verrate ich Ihnen die Geheimnisse der Rezepte, die mir meine Großeltern liebevoll überliefert haben. Wir werden gemeinsam zwei Sorten HAUSGEMACHTE PASTA zubereiten: Tagliatelle und Ravioli Dann kochen wir die FLEISCHBÄLLCHEN mit Tomatensoße und zum Schluss zeige ich Ihnen, wie Sie ein gutes hausgemachtes EISCREME „affogato al caffè“ mit Mokka oder mit frischem Obst zubereiten. Sie essen das auf der Terrasse der Villa zubereitete Essen inmitten der Natur und wir trinken gemeinsam ausgezeichnete toskanische WEINE (Schaumwein, Weißwein und Bio-Rotwein). Der wunderschöne BLICK auf die Stadt Florenz macht dieses Erlebnis einzigartig und unwiederholbar. Es wird schön sein, Ihnen anhand des Erinnerungsbuchs ein wenig über die Geschichte meiner Familie und meiner Großeltern zu erzählen. Wir verwenden hochwertige Produkte aus der Region, viele davon in Bio-Qualität. Wir begrüßen kleine Gruppen, um das Erlebnis intimer und vertrauter zu gestalten.

Abholorte & -zeiten
Wir holen Sie mit unserem Auto am Viale Europa 126 in Florenz ab und bringen Sie in etwa 10 Minuten zu unserer Villa in den Florentiner Hügeln. Sie erreichen den Abholort mit dem Taxi oder mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Die Busse, die vom historischen Zentrum zum Abholpunkt fahren, sind: 31, 32, 23B, 351A, 365A. (Mit Google Maps können Sie die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel finden, die Ihrem Startort am nächsten liegen.)

A unique experience in a beautiful place; Guya and Valentina are very kind and pleasant, making us feel comfortable and making the activity seem easy: I loved the process of making the dough for the tagliatelle and ravioli, the meatball recipe, the gelato, and the beautiful views. We shared with other participants who were also friendly. Thank you both very much for everything. Highly recommended experience.
Wonderful evening at a hillside Villa overlooking Florence & a welcome quiet evening sharing stories, laughs & wine while making pasta with scenic views along with a sunset that can’t be beat. Would recommend this experience to anyone to enrich a trip to Florence 🇮🇹❤️🇮🇹.
This experience with Guya and Valentina in the gorgeous Italian home overlooking Florence was the best experience we had in Florence. The warmth, relaxed instruction along with excellent food and wine combined with storytelling and laughter made us feel like we were with our own family in Italy. The thoughtful departing gifts made this even more special. Choose this class over the many other options for cooking classes in Florence, and you will be pleased.

My wife and I have always dreamed of coming to the hills of Tuscany, so to be welcomed with such love was truly a dream come true. Guya and Matteo made us feel like family. We shared laughs, hugs, and cheers, or "salute" as they say here, which were all very meaningful moments to us. Fantastic and truly authentic experience, one of the highlights of my trip! Guya welcomed us warmly into her real family home, a beautiful villa set in the hills, surrounded by countryside and olive trees, with an amazing view over the city of Florence. We prepared ravioli, tagliatelle, and meatballs together, and everything was absolutely delicious. I felt completely at ease in such a cozy and genuine atmosphere. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a memorable and authentic experience!
Guya and Matteo welcomed us to a wonderful and unforgettable experience. We came to a nice country house just outside Florence. The view of the city and surrounding mountains is amazing. After enjoying tea, you get to learn pasta making and a meatball recipe as it is passed through generations in the family. As we enjoy the food, wine, music and great conversations, it truly feels you have been invited to a friend’s house to enjoy the evening. A one-of-a-kind experience—we will remember Guya and Matteo’s warm hospitality for many years to come.
