Passtickets für Schloss Versailles

Despite purchasing way in advance, Tickets weren’t sent by WhatsApp’s - again with no notice - until day of visit, ie after we’d left to travel to Versailles.

Despite booking tickets well in advance, by the morning of our visit to Versailles, the entry ticket vouchers had not arrived. We’d had an email from Trip adviser confirming our booking for a timed entry to the house, but no tickets…. Just a barcode confirmation, We tried to resolve at Versailles, but the understandably refused entry to gardens, and when our allocated time came, having queued again for a long time for the 2:30pm entrance, they again refused. I spent an hour (minimum) and eventually found the agents telephone number who first told me he had WhatsApp the ticket to me in the morning, then that he was “texting them now”. Eventually he did WhatsApp the tickets, by which time we’d missed our allotted entry time. After some discussion & explanation, Versailles staff allowed us entry, but to be honest it made the whole occasion stressful and of course we lost valuable time. It’s not fair or acceptable that the tickets were not despatched very soon after payment… Had that been the case all the worry and waste of our time would not have happened.

I purchased a ticket from this company and they did not send me my ticket and they stole my money. I emailed them and call them and they do not answer the phone and they do not reply to my email.

We had a good day. The email from Italy Pass tours could have been clearer when accessing the tickets. It said Click link here which did not take you through to the required PDF forthe actual ticket. You get a voucher which is not the ticket . This caused some stress in the queue until we noticed two small PDF symbols at the bottom of the email. The ‘click link’ was misleading . Otherwise the chateau and gardens were excellent and the price of the passport ticket very reasonable from Italy Pass tours

Miserable experience. Viator delayed our entry by 1 hour, which meant it was 82 degrees outside. We were to enter on the B side, so there were no maps available and we were unable to download the map you recommended. Too many people to see anything. We abandoned the visit after 2 hours without seeing half the chateau.

I was unable to download my ticket due to lack of Wi-Fi but the lady on the door took pity on me and let me in.

Royal Palace Bit crowded but we had a great time Must Visit Site

No barcode no communication would not let us in. We had to search our emails and still found that there were no barcodes. We also got a bunch of emails prior to tell us to meet at the meeting point, which was simply the general entrance to the entire palace of Versailles. We were put in the back of a line. We waited an hour then when we got to the front, they would not let us in so we were kindly greeted by a Japanese tour guide who basically snuck us in. Then when it became time to enter the gardens since we didn’t have our prepaid ticket, we had to pay another $50 to get in. really bad experience but unfortunately Viator is where a lot of of foreign travel tickets are available. Ultimately in the end we were given a refund, but it was not a smooth day traveling with teenagers.

My wife and I had a good experience. Booking through Viator was a smooth process. This location is a really good choice if you wanna spend the day basking in European history.
